국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집의 조직문화와 보육교사의 상호문화역량의 전반적 양상과 두 변인 간의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 어린이집의 조직문화가 보육교사의 상호문화역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 부산, 경남, 울산 지역의 보육교사 250명을 대상으로 설문 조사하여 단계선택방법에 의한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 어린이집의 조직문화는 집단문화가 가장 높게 나타났고 상호문화역량은 갈등관리와 존중이 높게 나타났으며, 어린이집의 조직문화와 보육교사의 상호문화역량 간에 유의한 정적상관이 있었다. 둘째, 보육교사의 상호문화역량 중 갈등관리, 존중, 의사소통에는 집단문화가 가장 영향력 있는 변인이었으며, 성찰에는 개발문화가 가장 영향력 있는 변인으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과는 보육교사의 상호문화역량 강화를 위한 조직적 차원의 역할 및 지원 방안의 모색이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture of childcare centers on the intercultural competence of childcare teachers. A survey was conducted on 250 childcare teachers in the Busan, Gyeongnam, and Ulsan regions, and stepwise multiple regression analysis was performed. The results were as follows. First, the group culture was the most prevalent in childcare centers, and conflict management and respect were the highest-rated aspects of intercultural com-petence. There was a significant positive correlation between the organizational culture of childcare centers and the intercul-tural competence of childcare teachers. Secondly, group culture had the most important influence on conflict management, respect, and communication among the intercultural competences of childcare teachers, while developmental culture was the most influential factor for reflection. These research findings suggest the need to explore organizational roles and support measures to enhance the intercultural competence of childcare teachers.
