국문 초록

한국사회는 비교적 짧은 기간에 급속도로 다문화사회로 변화하여 다문화에 대한 이해와 함께 이를 수용할 수 있는 사회적 공감대 형성이 부족한 실정이다. 그러나, 다문화가족의 증가와 병역법의 개정에 따라 다문화장병의 군입대는 점진적으로 증가될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 본 논문은 한국군의 다문화군대로의 변화에 대비한 병영정책의 추진실태를 진단하여 대안을 마련하고 다문화시대 환경변화와 연계한 병영환경을 구축하여 다문화군대에 부합된 병영정책을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 작성하였다. 우리 군의 다문화군대에 대비한 병영정책은 다문화장병의 증가에 따라 수용성이 확장되는 조건과 시기를 고려하여 3단계로 추진되어야 한다. 또한 병영정책의 추진방안은 법과 제도의 보완, 다문화군대 수용기반 구축, 다문화장병 역량향상, 군내 다문화가족 지원 등에 초점을 맞추어 계획성있게 추진되어야 할 것으로 판단된다

영문 초록

Korea Society is a relatively short period of time by a rapidly changing multicultural society with an understanding of multiculturalism which can accommodate the lack of social consensus. However, the increase in multicultural families, depending on the revision of the Military Service of multicultural soldiers join the military and is expected to be gradually increased. In this paper, the change of the ROK army against Military Service policies promoting the barracks to diagnose the situation and provide an alternative to environmental changes linked with Military Service Policy to build a multicultural environment in the army Military Service policy to comply with the aim of presenting written were. In addition, the promotion of policy measures in the barracks of the complementary laws and institutions, cultural acceptance-based military building, multicultural competence soldiers, and focus on multicultural family support calculatedness be able to promote.
