Borich 요구도와 Locus for Focus 모형을 활용한 통합사례관리 슈퍼바이저 교육요구 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 통합사례관리 슈퍼바이저 교육에서 다루어야 할 역량의 우선순위를 도출하는 것이다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 잠재적 교육대상자인 시군구 희망복지지원단 팀장 및 읍면동 찾아가는 보건복지 팀장과 통합사례관리사로부터 역량별 중요도와 실행도 자료를 수집한 후, Borich 요구도와 Locus for Focus 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 통합사례관리 슈퍼바이저 유형과 상관없이 교육요구 순위가 높은 역량은 ‘다양한 대상자 특성에 대한 지식’ ‘슈퍼비전에 대한 지식’, ‘상담기술’, ‘의사소통 기술’, ‘중재 및 갈등관리 기술’, ‘지지 및 격려 기술’, ‘대상자를 존중하는 태도’, ‘자기성찰 및 자기개발을 하려는 태도’ 등 8개 역량이다. 일부 역량은 내부 슈퍼바이저인 팀장과 현장 슈퍼바이저 역할을 수행하게 될 통합사례관리사 집단에 따라 우선순위가 다르게 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 역량 기반 통합사례관리 슈퍼바이저 교육과정 개발과 관련하여 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the prioritized competencies required for the structure of educational programs for case management supervisors in the public sector. To achieve this aim, we collected data on the importance and implementation of each competency from team leaders in local government and case managers, and then analyzed this data using the Borich requirements chart and the Locus for Focus model. Regardless of the type of case management supervisor, eight competencies emerged as having high educational needs: ‘knowledge of the client’, ‘understanding of supervision’, ‘counseling skills’, ‘communication skills’, ‘mediation and conflict management skills’, ‘support and encouragement skills’, ‘respect for clients’, and ‘self-reflection and self-development’. Training priorities varied between team leaders and case managers for some competencies. Based on the results of this study, we propose the development and implementation of competency-based educational programs for case management supervisors.
