NCS 기반 교육과정을 통한 비인지적 핵심역량의 효과

국문 초록

이 연구는 인지적 역량인 전공역량과 비인지적 역량인 직업기초능력을 통합한 교육 프로그램을 실시하였을 때 NCS 기반 교육과정에서 비인지적 역량인 직업기 초능력에 효과가 나타나는지 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 D대학교 전문대학생 3,705명의 비인지적 역량인 직업기초능력의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 전문대학의 NCS 기반 교육과정은 인지적 역량인 전공역량과 비인지적 역량인 직업기초능력을 통합하여 수업으로 운영하는 것이 효과적이라는 전제는 타당하였다. 둘째, 인지적 역량인 전공역량과 비인지적 역량인 직업기초능력을 통합한 NCS 기반 교육과정 수업은 비인지적 역량인 직업기초능력 향상에 효과적이었다. 셋째, 비인지적 역량인 직업기초능력 모든 영역에 효과가 나타나 비인지적 핵심역량으로 볼 수 있으며, 특히 의사소통능력 및 대인관계능력이 다른 영역보다 효과적이었다. 후속연구를 위한 제언은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 연구대상의 폭을 넓힌 후속연구가 요구되며, 인지적 역량인 전공역량의 직무수행능력에도 효과가 나타나는지를 구체적으로 제시할 수 있는 후속연구가 필요하다. 비인지적 핵심역량의 효과가 연구대상자 개인 및 제반 다른 요인의 특성과 상관성이 있는지를 검증하는 후속연구가 요구된다. 마지막으로 왜 의사소통능력 및 대인관계능력이 다른 영역에 비해 더 효과가 나타나는지를 확인할 수 있는 심층연구가 수행되어야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify any effect on key competencies in noncognitive competencies when to management program that on the NCS(National Competency Standards) based curriculum ratio integrated key competencies in noncognitive competencies with job competencies in cognitive competencies. For this purpose, this study employed 3,705 students in D college, Busan city, and assessed their key competencies in noncognitive competencies . The findings in this research were as follows : First, there were to valid the premise that on the NCS based curriculum ratio integrated key competencies in noncognitive competencies with job competencies in cognitive competencies in college. Second, there were statistically significantly on key competencies in noncognitive competencies when to management in this program. Third, there were statistically significantly all areas key competencies in noncognitive competencies, it can be seen as noncognitive core competencies of the beam. Especially, there were to effect communication ability and interpersonal ability more than other areas. A Suggestion for follow up research, as follows : First up, expand the study, in job competencies in cognitive competencies that can be shown whether they also took effect in specific job performance, with a point out a study to individual effects of core noncognitive competencies and correlation with the characteristics of all other factors that verifies that a follow up research required. Lastly, what communication ability and interpersonal ability may be more effective compared to other areas appeared to verify that the depth shall be carried out research.
