사범대학생의 창의성에 대한 변화신념, 학습참여, 창의적 문제해결력의 구조적 관계

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 사범대생들의 창의성에 대한 변화신념, 학습참여 및 창의적 문제해결력 간의 구조적인 관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 사범대생 335명을 대상으로 창의성에 대한 변화신념, 학습참여 및 창의적 문제해결력 검사를 실시하였고, 이를 바탕으로 첫째, 창의성에 대한 변화신념, 학습참여 및 창의적 문제해결력 간의 상호관련성을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 창의성에 대한 변화신념, 학습참여와 창의적 문제해결력으로 구성된 두 개의 가설모형들을 설정하였고 이에 대한 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 셋째, 창의성에 대한 변화신념과 창의적 문제해결력 관계에서 학습참여의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 첫째, 창의적 문제해결력은 창의성에 대한 성장신념과의 상관관계가 높았고, 학습참여 중 행동참여와의 상관관계도 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 구조모형분석결과, 창의성에 대한 변화신념은 창의적 문제해결력에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 동시에 학습참여를 매개로 창의적 문제해결력에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 모형의 적합도가 높았다. 셋째, 창의성에 대한 변화 신념과 창의적 문제해결력의 관계에서 학습참여의 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다(Z=9.38, p<.01). 이와 같은 결과들은 예비중등교사들의 창의적 문제 해결력 증진을 위해서, 교수자는 창의성에 대한 성장신념을 학습자가 가질 수 있도록 촉진해야 하며, 학생들이 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 창의적인 수업환경을 조성해야 한다는 교육적 시사점을 제공한다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to analyze correlations among creative mindset, student engagement, and creative problem solving, to investigate hypothetical models of creative mindset, student engagement, and creative problem solving and to examine a mediation effect of student engagement. The participants were 335 undergraduates in the college of education. The levels of creative mindset, student engagement, and creative problem solving were measured. I analyzed the correlations and structural equation models of creative mindset, student engagement, and creative problem solving. The results were as follows: First, creative problem solving revealed a high correlation with growth in creative mindset and also it showed a high correlation with behavioral student engagement. Second, the results of structural equation model revealed a creative mindset directly and indirectly affected creative problem solving mediated by student engagement at the same time. Third, the mediate effect of student engagement between creative mindset and creative problem solving was significant(z=9.38, p<.01). These findings recommend one way to improve creative problem solving and growth in creative mindset, it is to encourage student engagement in college classes when designing creative learning environment for pre-service secondary school teachers.
