국문 초록

본 연구에서는 예비 초등교사의 과학수업 성찰과 동료평가에 나타난 주목하기 특성을 살펴보았다. 연구 대상은 G 교육대학교 2학년에 재학 중인 예비 초등교사 50명이다. 본 연구에서 활용한 예비 초등교사의 과학수업 성찰과 동료평가에 나타난 주목하기 특성 분석틀은 선행연구의 분석틀을 수정⋅보완하여 사용하였다. 분석틀은 5개의 분석 차원(주체, 수업 단계, 주제, 초점, 견지)으로 구성되어 있다. 연구 결과, 예비 초등교사의 과학수업 성찰과 동료평가에서 주체, 수업 단계, 주제, 초점, 견지 분석 차원에 따라 관심을 두는 구성요소 일부에서 차이를 보였다. 예비 초등교사는 과학수업 성찰과 동료평가에서 모두 탐구능력 함양이라는 초점에 주목하며, 자신이 과학수업 지도안을 구성하고 과학수업 실연을 할 때는 어떤 탐구 활동으로 수업을 설계하는지에 대해 더 주목하고, 동료교사의 입장에서는 어떤 수업자료를 활용해서 교사와 학생이 상호작용을 하고 있는지에 관심을 가지는 특성을 보였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 초등교사를 양성하고, 과학교사의 수업전문성을 신장할 수 있는 방안에 대한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the noticing characteristics presented in pre-service elementary teachers’ self-reflection and peer evaluation on the science teaching. The participants of this study were 50 pre-service elementary teachers enrolled in the second grade of G university of education. The noticing characteristics of pre-service teachers were analyzed with an analysis frame modified and supplemented the frame of previous studies. The analysis frame consisted of 5 dimensions (agent, stage, topic, focus, and stance). As a result of this study, there were differences in some components of interest according to the agent, stage, topic, focus, and stance dimensions in pre-service elementary teachers’ science teaching reflection and peer evaluation. Pre-service elementary teachers paid attention to the focus of developing inquiry skills in both science teaching reflection and peer evaluation. In addition, they themselves organized lesson plans and performed a science teaching, they paid more attention to what inquiry activities they would design the science teaching. From the perspective of colleagues, they were interested in what class materials were used to interact with teachers and students. The results of this study were expected to provide implications for preparing pre-service elementary teachers and improve the teaching professionalism of science teachers.
