우울 경험 청년의 자아 상태에 관한 현상학적 연구 -교류분석 상담이론을 중심으로-

국문 초록

본 연구는 우울을 경험하고 있는 청년들의 자아 상태와 교류 분석 상담을 경험한 후에 자아 상태의 변화를 알아보려는 현상학적 연구이다. 연구목적을 위하여 경기도 k 지역에 거주하는 우울을 경험하고 있는 6명의 참여자들과 2019년 11월 ~ 2021년 10월까지 주 1회 60분의 교류 분석 개인 상담을 10회기 실시하였으며 TACA 자아 상태, 인생 태도 검사를 사전․사후로 실시하여 참여자들의 자아 상태 변화를 측정하였는데 그 결과 자아 상태와 인생 태도에서 참여자 모두 유의미한 변화를 보였다. 연구 결과 청년들을 대상으로 상담을 통해 드러난 의미 있는 주제는 다음과 같다. 초기 양육환경에서 경험한 정서는 <권위자에 대한 두려움> <나만의 작은 행복>이었고, 우울 있는 청년의 자아 상태에서는 <불안하고 무기력한 AC> 등의 5개 범주로 드러났고, 상담에 참여하면서 의미 있는 변화에서는 <나의 내면을 들여다보게 되었어요> 등 6개 범주로 정리되었다. 이러한 결과는 우울을 경험하고 있는 청년들에게 유용한 상담 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 연구의 한계점 및 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The objective of this study is to phenomenologically investigate the ego states of young men who are experiencing depression and the change in their ego states after experiencing transactional analysis counseling. For this study, transactional analysis counseling was conducted 10 times, once a week from November 2019 to October 2021, targeting 6 participants who were experiencing depression living in the k-city area of Gyeonggi-do. Changes in the participants’ego state were measured through pre/post tests on TACA ego state and life attitude. The meaningful themes revealed through counseling for young people are as follows: The emotions experienced in the early parenting environment were and . The ego state of young people with depression was revealed in 5 categories, such as . Significant changes while participating in counseling were organized into 6 categories, including . These results can be used as useful counseling data for young people who are experiencing depression. Finally, limitations of the study and suggestions for further research are presented.
