국내 직무소진에 관한 연구 동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 직무소진에 관한 연구 동향을 분석함으로써 향후 직무소진 연구가 나아갈 방향을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 KCI 등재지에 게재된 논문 31편을 중심으로 발행연도, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제, 통계분석, 측정도구, 연구변인을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무소진에 관한 연구는 2009년과 2017년을 제외하고 2006년 이후 꾸준히 게재되었다. 둘째, 연구대상은 직종, 직무에 제한을 두지 않고 다양한 직장인을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많이 진행되었다. 셋째, 연구방법은 1편을 제외하고 모두 양적연구였고, 연구주제는 변인 간의 관계에 대한 연구가 주로 이루어졌으며, 통계분석은 회귀분석이 가장 많았다. 넷째, 측정도구는 MBI-GS를 신강현(2003)이 타당화한 척도가 주로 사용되었다. 다섯째, 연구변인은 직무소진을 종속변인으로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 직무소진 연구의 주요 시사점 및 향후 제언에 대해 논하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand job burnout and to provide a direction for future research by analyzing research trends on job burnout focusing on major domestic counseling journals. Methods: This study analyzed 31 papers from the journals registered in KCI(Korea Citation Index) from 2006 to 2021 by the year of publication, research subjects, research methods, research topics, statistical analysis, scales, and research variables. Results: First, the studies of job burnout were steadily published in major domestic counseling journals from 2006 to 2021, except for 2009 and 2017. Second, in terms of research subjects, job burnout studies were most studied for various workers without any restrictions on occupations. Third, the research methods were all quantitative studies except for one. The studies on the relationships among variables accounted for the majority at 83.87%, and regression analysis accounted for the most at 65% for statistical analysis. Fourth, in terms of scales, the MBI-GS(The Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey) validated by Shin(2003) was used in the highest frequency. Finally, for research variables, most of the studies used job burnout as an dependent variable followed by 13.79% of the studies using job burnout as a mediating variable and 6.9% of the studies using job burnout as an independent variable. Conclusions: Implications and suggestions for future studies were discussed based on the results above.
