대학생 회복탄력성에 대한 연구 동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 감정노동과 관련된 전공의 대학생 회복탄력성에 대한 국내 연구 동향 분석과 향후 연구 방향을 제시하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법은 학술 정보 연구 서비스에서 '대학생 회복탄력성'을 키워드로 검색하여 감정노동과 관련된 전공의 대학생을 대상으로 한 연구를 중심으로 2011년부터 2022년 5월까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 81편의 논문을 선정하였다. 연구 대상 논문의 발행 연도, 전공 분포, 연구 방법 및 통계분석, 연구 변인 및 요인, 그리고 회복탄력성 측정 도구를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 감정노동과 관련된 전공의 대학생 회복탄력성에 대한 연구는 2011년에 시작되어 2014년까지 연구가 없지만 2015년부터 다시 증가하였다. 둘째, 연구 대상의 전공 분포는 간호 전공 대학생이 대상인 연구가 62편으로 가장 많았다. 셋째, 양적 연구가 80편이며 회귀분석이 가장 많이 사용되었다. 넷째, 회복탄력성이 독립변인으로 사용된 논문이 가장 많았고 연구 요인은 자아존중감이 많이 나타났다. 다섯째, 회복탄력성 도구는 Reivich & Shatte(2003)가 개발한 회복탄력성 지수 검사(RQT)를 국내 연구자들이 여러 차례 수정 및 보완한 도구가 가장 많이 사용되었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계점 및 향후 연구에 대한 제언을 논하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends in resilience of college students focusing on their majors related to emotional labor and provide directions for future research. Methods: Among the studies searched under the keyword ‘resilience of college students’ on RISS(Research Information Sharing Service), which of 81 studies published from 2011 to May 2022 focusing on college students' majors related to emotional labor were selected. They were analyzed based on the year of publication, distribution of students' majors, research designs and data analysis methods, research variables, and scales for measuring resilience. Results: First, the research started in 2011. There was no study until 2014 while it has gradually increased since 2015. Second, 62 studies(76.43%) targeted college students majoring in nursing. Third, 80 studies(98.77%) were conducted as quantitative research, and most studies were analyzed by regression analysis. Fourth, resilience was used the most as an independent variable, and self-esteem was used the most as a resilience-related variable. Fifth, the most frequently used scale for measuring resilience was RQT(The Resilience Quotient Test) for adults developed by Reivich & Shatte(2003) which local researchers translated, revised, and complemented it several times. Conclusions: Based on the results above, the limitations of this study and suggestions for future studies were provided.
