직무 열의에 관한 연구 동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 RISS에서 ‘직무 열의’를 검색하여 2011년부터 2021년까지 KCI 등재된 학술지 논문 25편을 연구대상으로 선정하였고, 발행연도, 연구대상, 연구방법 및 주제 등 기준을 갖고 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무 열의 연구는 2011년부터 연구가 꾸준히 진행되다가 2015년도에 진행된 논문이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 연구대상은 직속 상사 여부 관련 없는 조직체에 다양한 직군으로 근무하는 직장인들을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구방법은 양적연구 연구가 24편, 연구주제는 변인 간 관계를 알아보는 연구가 가장 많았다. 넷째, 연구 변인은 종속변인으로 진행된 연구가 21편으로 가장 많았다. 다섯째, 측정도구는 Schaufeli, Bakker, Salanova(2006)이 개발한 직무 열의 척도 UWES-9를 사용한 연구가 5편으로 가장 많았다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 직무 열의에 관한 연구에 대한 의의와 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 정리하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends in job engagement in Korea and provide directions for future study. Methods: For this purpose, the phrase ‘job engagement’ was searched in RISS(Research Information Sharing Service) and 25 articles from the journals registered in KCI(Korea Citation Index) from 2011 to 2021 were selected. Then, the articles were analyzed by the year of publication, subjects, methods and topics, variables and scales Results: First, the research on job engagement has been continuously conducted since 2011, and it became the most researched in 2015. Second, the most studies were conducted on workers working in various occupations in the organizations regardless of direct supervisors. Third, the number of quantitative research papers was the most with 24, and the research on the relationship between variables was studied the most for research topics. Fourth, as a research variable, job engagement was used the most as a dependent variable with 21. Fifth, in terms of scales, ‘UWES-9(the 9-item Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) developed by Schaufeli et al.(2006) was used most with 5. Conclusions: Based on the results, the significance of the study and suggestions for future research were provided.
