지역아동센터 사회복지현장실습 내실화를 위한 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 지역아동센터 사회복지현장실습의 내실화를 위해 실습기관 슈퍼바이저와 실습생을 대상으로 실습경험을 탐색하고 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 지역아동센터 주요 서비스와 표준실습교육 매뉴얼을 기반으로 현장실습의 내용을 구성하고, 이를 반영하여 실습지도를 시행한 실습기관의 슈퍼바이저, 실습생을 인터뷰하고 실습자료들을 수집하여 분석하는 사례연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다; 첫째, 지역아동센터의 실습은 실습기관의 인적⋅물적 자원 확보의 목적과 실습지 선정에 어려움이 있는 실습생의 이해관계가 일치하면서 이루어지고 있었다. 둘째, 코로나 19의 영향으로 실습교육의 내용은 보호와 학습멘토링 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며, 지역아동센터의 5대 서비스 영역의 실습은 강의로 제공되었다. 실습기관에서는 짧은 기간에 많은 내용을 다루어야 하는 어려움이 있었고, 실습생들은 아동면담, 다양한 프로그램의 계획과 실행 등 다양한 실습경험의 확대를 요구하였다. 셋째, 지역아동센터 실습의 내실화를 위해 실습기관 간 교류를 기반으로 하는 운영체계 개선이 필요함을 도출하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 지역사회 내 지역아동센터 현장실습 컨소시엄을 구성하여 공통실습교육을 운영하는 방안을 실천적 함의로 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study was intended to explore the social welfare field training experiences of the supervisors and trainees of the practice institution and to derive improvement for the substantiality of the social welfare practicum at the community children center. To this end, a case study was conducted in which the contents of the field training were composed based on the main services of the community children center and the standard practice training manual, and the interview data of supervisors, trainees, and practice materials of the training institution were collected and analyzed. The results of the study are as follows; First, social welfare field training was being conducted at a community children center as the interests of the training institution that wanted to secure human and material resources and the trainees who had difficulties in selecting a training site in the field of interest coincided. Second, as for the contents of the practical education, an experience centered on protection and learning mentoring is being made under the influence of Covid 19, and the practical contents of the five service areas of the community children center were provided as a method of education. The training institute had difficulties in dealing with a lot of content in a short period of time(160 hours), and the trainees needed to expand their various experiences, such as interviewing children and planning and operating various programs. Third, it was deduced that it was necessary to improve the operating system based on exchanges between training institutions in order to substantiate the practice of community children centers. Based on the research results, a plan to operate a common practice education by forming a field practice consortium at a community children center in the local community was presented with practical implications.
