국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 대학생의 상호작용이 학습경험과 역량 향상을 매개하여 전공수업 만족도에 미치는 인과관계의 영향력에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 연구목적을 확인하기 위해 부산지역 A 대학의 학생 373명을 대상으로 구조방정식 모형을 적용하였다. 상호작용을 교수-학생 간 상호작용과 학생 간 상호작용으로 나누고, 각각의 상호작용이 학습경험과 역량 향상을 매개하여 전공수업 만족도에 미치는 영향력을 확인하였다. 연구결과: 학습경험과 역량 향상은 매개변수로 작용하였다. 교수-학생 간 상호작용에 비해 학생 간 상호작용이 전공수업 만족도에 미치는 총효과가 더 크게 나타났다. 그리고 학생 간 상호작용의 효과 중 학습경험과 역량 향상을 모두 매개하는 간접효과가 다른 간접효과에 비해 전공수업 만족도에 대한 영향력이 더 작게 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 대학생의 상호작용이 증가할수록 학습자 중심 학습경험을 활발하게 증가시켰으며 그로 인해 역량과 전공수업 만족도가 증가하였다. 앞으로 대학수업의 질을 높이기 위해서는 학습자 중심 학습경험과 대학 내 상호작용이 활발해질 수 있는 환경을 확대할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study attempted to investigate the effect of the causal relationship of university students on the satisfaction of major classes by mediating learning experience and competency improvement. Method: A SEM was applied to 373 students at A University in Busan. The interaction was divided into the professors-student interaction and student-student interaction, and the causal relationship of major class satisfaction was confirmed by mediating learning experience and competency improvement. Results: The learning experience and competency improvement acted as mediators. The total effect of the student-student interaction on the satisfaction of major classes was greater than that professors-student interaction. And among the effects of student-student interaction, the indirect effect that mediates both learning experience and competency improvement had a smaller influence on major class satisfaction than other indirect effects. Conclusion: As the interaction of students increased, the learner-centered learning experience was increased, and as a result, the competency and the satisfaction of major classes increased. In order to improve the quality of university classes, it is necessary to prepare learner-centered learning experiences and an abundant environment in which interactions can be active.
