초등 방과후학교 담당자의 직무분석에 관한 연구

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교에 근무하는 방과후학교 담당자의 직무를 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 직무분석을 위한 방법은 데이컴 방법을 실시하였다. 1단계는 총 26명의 위원을 대상으로 직무모델의 초안을 마련하였다. 2단계는 직무모델 초안을 수정하기 위하여 워크숍을 진행하였다. 3단계는 수정된 직무모델에 대해 전문가 평가를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 방과후학교 담당자의 직무모델은 모두 6개의 책무와 21개의 과업으로 구성되었다. 방과후학교 담당자의 책무의 경우 조사·분석, 기획·계획, 홍보·안내, 운영·관리, 상담·교육, 평가·보고 등으로 구성되었다. 그리고 방과후학교 담당자의 각 책무별로 조사·분석 책무에는 3개의 과업, 기획·계획 책무에는 2개의 과업, 홍보·안내 책무에는 5개의 과업, 운영·관리 책무에는 7개의 과업, 상담·교육 책무에는 2개의 과업, 평가·보고 책무에는 2개의 과업을 포함하고 있다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구에서 방과후학교 담당자의 직무는 평생교육사 직무와 유사하다. 다만 구체적인 과업의 일부는 평생교육사 직무와 다른 모습을 보이기도 한다. 이는 학교 현장에서 초등학생을 대상으로 하는 프로그램과 관련되기 때문에 보다 상황 맥락적이며 특수한 성질을 가지는 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the duties of after-school managers working in elementary schools. Method: This study used the DACUM method for job analysis. In step 1, a draft of the job model was prepared for a total of 26 members. In step 2, a workshop was conducted to revise the draft job model. In step 3, expert evaluation was performed on the revised job model. Results: The job model of the after-school managers was composed of 6 responsibilities and 21 tasks. Responsibilities of the after-school managers consisted of investigation/analysis, planning/plan, public relations/guide, operation/management, counseling/education, and evaluation/reporting. In addition, for each responsibility of the after-school managers, there were 3 tasks for investigation and analysis, 2 tasks for planning and plan, 5 tasks for public relations and guidance, 7 tasks for operation and management, 2 tasks for consultation and education, and 2 tasks for evaluation. The reporting task of the after-school managers included two tasks. Conclusion: The duties of after-school managers were similar to those of lifelong educators. However, some of the specific tasks of the after-school managers were different from those of lifelong educators. This was judged to have more contextual and special properties because it was related to elementary school students and programs targeting them at school sites.
