애도 경험 및 애도 상담의 질적 연구 동향분석: 2011년~2020년 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 10년간 진행된 애도 경험 및 애도 상담의 질적 연구의 동향을 분석하여 애도에 대한 이해를 높이고 애도 상담 및 애도 연구가 나아가야할 방향을 제공하고자 한다. 국내 전자데이터베이스를 통해 ‘애도’를 검색하였고, 총 48편의 질적 연구가 본 연구를 위해 최종 선정 되었다. 분석 결과, 2011년에 1편(2.1%)이었던 질적 연구는 점점 증가하여 2020년에는 11편(22.9%)으로 열 배 이상 증가하였음을 확인하였다. 연구 유형은 사례연구가 18편(37.5%)으로 가장 많았고 다음으로 현상학 연구가 9편(18.8%)으로 많았다. 연구대상은 중년여성(40~65세)이 33.3%로 가장 많았고 성인남녀가 25.0%로 뒤를 이었다. 애도 대상은 부나 모가 39.7%로 가장 많았으며 다음은 자녀가 13.8%로 많았다. 상실의 종류는 죽음 상실이 87.5%로 가장 많았고, 부나 모, 배우자를 죽음 상실한 원인으로는 병이 가장 많았고 자녀를 죽음 상실한 원인은 자살, 사고사, 돌연사의 빈도가 동일했으며 형제·자매는 자살 빈도가 가장 높았다. 애도 관련 질적 연구자의 전공은 상담 심리가 27.1%로 가장 많았고 다음은 미술치료 및 예술치료가 18.8%로 많았다.

영문 초록

This study aims to improve the understanding of mourning and provide a direction for mourning counseling and mourning research by analyzing the trends of mourning experiences and qualitative research conducted over the past 10 years. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that qualitative studies, which were 1 in 2011 (2.1%), gradually increased, and more than 10 times to 11 (22.9%) in 2020. As for the type of research, case studies were the most common with 18(37.5%) followed by phenomenological studies with 9 (18.8%). Middle-aged women(40 to 65 years old) accounted for 33.3 percent, followed by adult men and women with 25.0 percent. Parents and mothers accounted for 39.7%, As for the types of loss, loss of death was the most common with 87.5%, illness was the most common cause of death for parents and spouses, suicide, accidental death, and sudden death for children were the same, and siblings had the highest frequency of suicide. As for the major of qualitative researchers related to mourning, counseling psychology was the most common with 27.1%, followed by art therapy and art therapy with 18.8%.
