국문 초록

본 연구는 가상화폐에 투기한 청년들이 체험한 현상에 대해 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 어떤 체험이 가상화폐를 투자하고 투기단계까지 하는지와 그 결과에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 연구참여자 7명과 1;1 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며 수집한 자료는 Giorgi(1970; 1985) 현상학적 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 ‘투자관심’, ‘투자공부’, ‘투자시도’, ‘돈 복사’, ‘투기’, ‘확신’, ‘손실’, ‘부작용’, ‘재투기’, ‘가즈아’라는 10개의 주제로 구분할 수 있었다. 추출된 각 주제들은 단계별로 구분할 수 있으며 각각의 단계는 하위범주와 공통 의미단위로 다시 나눌 수 있었다. 또한 일반적 구조진술 단계에서 가상화폐에 투자하게 되는 과정부터 투기와 그 결과까지의 과정을 살펴볼 수 있는 통합적 주제를 도출할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 연구자는 청년들과 가상화폐 투기 경험이 있는 사례들에 개입 가능한 실천 및 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore the phenomenon experienced by young people who speculate on virtual currency, and what experiences lead to investment in virtual currency and even the speculative stage, and the results. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, data were collected through 1:1 in-depth interviews with 7 study participants, and the collected data were analyzed by Giorgi (1970; 1985) scientological research method. As a result of the analysis, there were 10 categories of ‘investment interest’, ‘investment study’, ‘investment attempt’, ‘money copy’, ‘speculation’, ‘confidence’, ‘loss’, ‘side effects’, ‘re-speculation’, and ‘Gazua’. could be divided by topic. Each extracted topic can be divided into stages, and each stage can be subdivided into subcategories and common semantic units. In addition, it was possible to derive an integrated theme that can examine the process from investment in virtual currency to speculation and its results in the general structural statement stage. Based on this, the researcher presented practical and policy implications that can intervene in cases of youth and virtual currency speculation experiences.
