국문 초록

본 연구는 한국 대학에서 역량중심으로 운영하는 교육과정의 문제에 대해 살펴본다. 역량기반 교육과정은 많은 장점을 가지고 있음에도 불구하고, 이것이 제대로 된 실행가능한 교육 모델이 되기 위해서 극복해야 하는 몇 가지 문제점들이 있다. 다음과 같이 문제들을 가지고 있다. 첫 번째, 역량이라는 용어 자체의 모호함이다. 두 번째, 역량을 어떻게 진단하고 측정할 것인지에 관해서도 의문이 있다. 세 번째, 인적 및 물적 자원의 문제이다. 따라서 이러한 문제의식을 가지고 어떠한 해결방법이 있는지 탐색해 보는 데 목적이 있다. 이 과정에서 그 해결 방안으로 다음과 같이 논의해보고, 이것이 지니는 해결 가능성을 살펴보았다. 따라서, 해결방안으로 제시한 첫 번째는 역량 용어 자체의 모호함을 해소하기 위해, 역량기반 교육과정에 대한 공감과 구성원 간의 합의가 필요하다. 두 번째는 평가는 대부분 학생의 자기보고식으로 이루어지고 있기 때문에 이를 위해서 학생 경험을 중요시 해야 한다. 세 번째는 관련 인프라 구축이 중요하다.

영문 초록

This study examines the problems of the competency-centered curriculum in Korean universities. Although the competency-based curriculum has many advantages, there are several problems that must be overcome in order for it to become a viable and viable education model. The problems are as follows: The first is the ambiguity of the term itself. Second, there are questions about how to diagnose and measure competence. Third, there is the issue of human and material resources. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore what kind of solution there is with the awareness of these problems. In this process, the solution was discussed as follows, and the possible solution was examined. Therefore, the first suggested solution is to resolve the ambiguity of the term competency itself, and consensus among the members is required for the competency-based curriculum. Second, since most evaluations are conducted in the self-reporting style of students, for this reason, the student experience should be emphasized. Third, it is important to construct the relevant infra-structure.
