국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 교육과정 개발에 대한 한국과 중국의 교사가 교육주체로서 겪게 되는 어려움과 요구 및 교육적 의미의 공통점과 차이점을 비교하는 데 목적이 있으며, 이를 위한 연구방법으로는 내러티브 탐구를 사용하였다. Clandinin과 Connelly(2000)가 제시한 내러티브 탐구 절차를 따라서 한국과 중국의 초등학교 교사 각 3명, 총 6명의 연구 참여자를 선정하여 주요한 현장 택스트(field texts)로 삼았다. 그 이후도 내러티브 탐구 절차를 따라서 연구를 진행했다. 본 연구를 통해 한국과 중국을 관련한 교육과정 비교 연구 분야에서 내러티브 탐구 방식의 적용사례가 흔하지 않다는 점에서 교육과정 연구에서 내러티브 탐구 방식의 적용과정과 의의를 찾아보는 데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구를 통해 한국과 중국을 관련한 교육과정 비교 연구 분야에서 내러티브 탐구 방식의 적용사례가 흔하지 않다는 점에서 교육과정 연구에서 내러티브 탐구 방식의 적용과정과 의의를 찾아보는데 목적을 두었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the differences and commonalities that reflect the narratives of Korean and Chinese teachers by talking about the experiences of Korean and Chinese teachers related to school curriculum development based on the narrative inquiry method and finding their meaning. School Curriculum Development is developed and carried out at school sites, and school members collaborate voluntarily and independently with external experts based on the school's unique characteristics, conditions, facilities and resources available for the development according to the national and regional curriculum. It refers to the operation activity that creates a series of educational documents. School curriculum development is influenced by external and internal aspects, such as the environment to which teachers belong, the interactions among teachers, and the teachers' own values and thoughts. Accordingly, the school curriculum development experience is related to the historical experiences, perceptions, thinking, and judgments experienced by teachers as they interact with people in specific places of life.
