국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 팬데믹 상황에서의 비대면 화상 이마고부부상담에 관한 경험을 탐색하여 그 본질을 드러내고자 한다. 이를 위해 연구참여자로 이마고 부부치료 전문가 8명을 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 비대면 화상 이마고부부상담 경험에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 최종결과 196개의 의미 단위, 48개의 하위구성요소, 10개의 구성요소가 도출되었다. 인터뷰 내용의 타당성을 확보하기 위해 질적연구 경험이 풍부한 전문가로부터 감수를 받았다. 연구 결과 코로나19 초반의 경험, 비대면 화상 이마고부부 상담에 대한 예기 불안, 대면상담을 하루 빨리 할 수 있었으면 좋겠음, 비대면 화상 이마고부부상담의 사전준비가 필요함, 비대면 화상 이마고부부상담의 진행이 어려움, 비대면 화상 이마고부부상담의 사례구조화, 비대면 화상 이마고부부상담에서 이마고 프로세스 진행 경험, 비대면 화상 이마고부부상담이 좋은 점, 비대면 화상 이마고부부상담을 진행하는 과정에서 상담자의 성장, 향후 비대면 화상 이마고부부 상담을 위한 보완이 필요함이라는 결과를 도출하였다. 이를 토대로 향후 비대면 화상 이마고부부상담의 보완점과 방향성에 대한 제안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the experience of online Imago couple therapy in Imago couple therapists during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the current study, focus group interviews were conducted with 8 Imago couple therapists as study participants to collect data on their experience of online Imago couple therapy. As a result, 197 semantic units, 48 subcomponents, and 10 components were derived from the data. To ensure the validity of the interview contents, a close supervision was made by an expert with abundant experience in qualitative research. The study result showed following themes: The experience during the early stage of COVID-19, the anxiety about online Imago couple therapy, hoping to have a face-to-face therapy soon, online therapy needs to be prepared in advance, difficulty in conducting online therapy, case conceptualization of online couple therapy, online Imago couple therapy process experiences, benefits of the online Imago couple therapy, growth of therapists in the process of the online Imago couple therapy, and the necessity of the update on the future online Imago couple therapy.
