대학생 삶의 만족도에 관한 연구 동향 : 국내 상담분야 학술지를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생 삶의 만족도에 대한 국내 학술지의 동향을 살펴봄으로써 추후 연구의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. KCI 등재 및 우수등재된 논문 30편을 대상으로 발행연도, 연구대상, 연구방법 및 연구주제, 측정도구, 연구변인별로 분석하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2001년부터 2023년까지 총 30편의 연구가 진행되었으며 2019년도에 6편으로 가장 많이 게재되었다. 둘째, 대다수의 논문이 대학생의 성별, 학년, 학과를 가리지 않았으며, 4년제 대학교를 대상으로 진행한 연구가 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구 방법은 모두 양적연구로, 변인 간 관계 연구가 가장 많이 진행되었다. 넷째, 측정도구는 모두 Diener et al.,(1985)의 삶의 만족도 척도(SWLS)를 사용하였으며, 그중 조명한 등(1998)이 한국판으로 수정제작한 척도를 가장 많이 사용하였다. 다섯째, 삶의 만족도는 28편의 연구에서 종속변인으로 사용되었으며, 이때 독립변인에는 애착이, 매개변인에는 진로 관련 변인이, 종속변인에는 우울이 많이 사용되었음을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 대학생 삶의 만족도 연구의 주요 시사점과 향후 제언에 대하여 논하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: This study aimed to understand the life satisfaction of college students and provide implications for further research by comprehensively identifying trends. Methods: 30 journals registered in KCI were analyzed by publication year, research subjects, analysis methods, measurement tools, and research variables. Results: First, 30 studies were conducted from 2001 to 2023, with the most frequent publications in 2019 (6). Second, most studies were conducted on 4-year university students regardless of gender, grade, or major. Third, the research methods were all quantitative, with the most frequent research topic being the study of relationships between variables. In particular, structural modeling analysis was used in most cases. Fourth, all measurement tools were based on Diener et al.’s (1985) Satisfaction with Life Scale, and Choi, Hwang, and Han’s(1998) version of the scale was most often used. Fifth, life satisfaction was used as a dependent variable in 28 studies, and attachment, career-related variables, and depression were most often used as independent, mediating, and dependent variables, respectively. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, the implications, limitations, and suggestions are discussed.
