다문화 청소년의 차별경험에 대한 연구동향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 다문화 청소년의 차별경험에 대한 연구동향을 분석하고 향후의 과제를 구상하기 위함이다. 2012년부터 2023년까지 등재된 국내 학술논문 및 학위논문 29편을 선정하여 연구현황, 표집방법, 연구방법, 측정도구로 나누어 분석하였다. 첫째, 2012년 1편을 시작으로 2023년까지 총 29편의 논문이 발행되었다. 둘째, 표집대상은 만 9세부터 만 24세까지 대상으로 이루어졌으며 다문화청소년의 특수한 상황에 유익하게 사용될 수 있는 전국다문화가정실태조사, 다문화청소년패널조사를 기반으로 다양하게 연구되었다. 셋째, 연구방법으로는 양적연구가 최다 활용되었으며 대부분 회귀분석으로 진행되었다. 넷째, 차별경험을 측정하기 위한 측정도구는 Daily Racial Hassles(DRH)이 가장 빈번하게 사용되었다. 분석결과를 기반으로 향후 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends on the discrimination experiences of multicultural youth and to conceive future tasks. Methods: From 2012 to 2023, 29 domestic academic papers and dissertations were selected and analyzed by dividing them into research status, sampling method, research method, and measurement tool. Results: First, starting with a single paper in 2012, 29 papers were published by 2023. Second, the sampling targets were from the age of 9 to 24, and various studies were conducted based on the national multicultural family survey and the multicultural youth panel survey that can be used effectively in special situations of multicultural youth. Third, quantitative research was used the most as a research method, and most of it was conducted by regression analysis. Fourth, Daily Racial Hassles (DRH) was most frequently used as a measurement tool to measure experiences of discrimination. Conclusions: Based on the analysis results, future research was discussed.
