국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 미술과 수석교사의 생애사 연구를 통해, 그들이 어떻게 전문성을 발달시켜나가고, 직업정체성을 어떻게 형성하는지 심층적으로 이해하는 것을목적으로 한다. 생애사 텍스트 분석 전략을 활용한 결과, 초등학교 미술과 수석교사의 직업정체성을 연대기적으로 범주화하였고, 각 범주의 주제는 정체성의 태동, 정체성의 여명, 정체성의 안정, 정체성의 확장이다. 이 범주들은 트랜스 아이덴티티(trans-identity)의 유형과 연결점이 있다. 연구참여자가 교사에서 수석교사로, 초임수석교사에서 중견 수석교사로 위치가 변화함에 따라 전체성의 전환이 이루어짐을발견할 수 있었다. 한 개인으로 연구참여자의 생애사를 연구하여 우리 시대 교육 현장의 사회적 맥락을 바라볼 수 있다. 미술 교과에서 수석교사는 수업 전문성의 함양을 위해 현장에 요구되나, 적절한 활용방안과 제도적 보완이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand in-depth how they develop their professionalism and form their professional identity through life story research of senior art teacher of elementary school. As a result of using the life story text analysis strategy, the occupational identities of elementary school art senior teachers were categorized chronologically, and the subjects of each category are the birth of identity, the dawn of identity, stability of identity, and extension of identity. These categories have connections with types of trans-identity. It was found that as the position of the research participants changed from teacher to senior teacher, and from starting senior teacher to high-level senior teacher, the transformation of the totality took place. By studying the life history of a research participant as an individual, it is possible to look at the social context of the educational field of our time. In the art subject, the senior teacher is required in the field to cultivate class expertise, but appropriate utilization measures and institutional supplementation are necessary.
