국문 초록

본고에서는 2015 초등학교 미술과 교육과정 감상영역 핵심 개념 비평에 제시된내용 요소인 ‘작품에 대한 느낌과 생각’, ‘작품의 내용과 형식’에 대한 의미와 교과서에서의 적용, 인지 및 정의적 측면에서의 위계에 대한 논의를 통해 두 내용 요소에 대한 통합적 이해를 도모하는데 목적이 있다. 감상에서 ‘작품에 대한 느낌과 생각’은 작품에 대한 감상자의 감정과 인식을 통합하는 학습 활동이며, ‘작품의 내용과형식’에 대한 학습은 작품에서 파악할 수 있는 외부적, 내재적 정보와 그 관계성을파악하는 활동이다. 두 내용 요소는 작품 감상에 있어 개별적으로 작용하기 보다는상호 관계성을 통해 작용한다. 현재 초등학교 미술 교과서에서 두 내용 요소는 혼합되어 제시되고 있으며 이는 집필진에 참여한 교사의 교수·학습 경험이 강하게 작용하고 있다는 해석을 가능하게 한다. 두 내용 요소는 인지, 정의적 측면에서도 통합적으로 작용한다. 이는 두 내용 요소가 학년군 구분에 따라 위계를 갖는다는 인식을배제하고, 두 내용 요소를 통합적으로 적용하는 것이 효과적일 수 있다는 전제를 가능하게 한다. 이 같은 측면에서 이후의 초등학교 미술과 교육과정에서는 두 내용 요소를 분리하는 것보다 통합하여 교육과정 내용 체계에 적용할 수 있어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This paper is to pursuit a deeper understanding of the two content elements through the discussion about the meaning of feelings and thoughts about works and contents and forms of works presented as content elements presented in the 2015 elementary school art and curriculum appreciation area core conceptual critique, their application in textbooks, and the hierarchy from cognitive and affective aspects. In appreciation, feelings and thoughts about a work is a learning activity that integrates the viewer s feelings and perceptions about the work, while learning about the content and form of works is an activity to grasp the external and intrinsic information and its relationships that can be grasped in the work. Here, we found the two content elements work through interrelationship rather than individually in appreciating the work. In addition, these two content elements are presented in a mixture in textbooks, which can be analyzed that the teaching and learning experiences of the teachers participating in the writing team are making a great influence on them. The two content elements work integrally in cognitive and affective aspects as well. This eliminates the perception that the two content elements have a hierarchy according to the classification of grade groups and applies the two content elements in a complex way in appreciation learning, enabling the premise that the effect of appreciation education in elementary schools can be expected. Furthermore, in the future elementary school art curriculum, it is strongly recommended to integrate the two content elements and apply them to the curriculum content system rather than understanding and applying them separately.
