미술교육에서 디지털 포트폴리오 활용의 시사점 모색

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 디지털 포트폴리오에 대한 국내·외 연구를 중심으로 디지털 포트폴리오의 교수·학습 특징을 분석하고 이를 토대로 디지털 포트폴리오 활용이 국내미술 교육계에 어떤 시사점을 주는지 고찰하는 것이다. 분석 결과, 언제 어디서든효과적으로 학습 자료를 관리할 수 있다는 수월성과 접근성 그리고 자료 보관의 영구성이 특징이었다. 이는 학습자들의 학습 동기 부여와 집중력 유지에 매우 긍정적영향을 주었으며 학습자들의 자기주도적 학습을 가능하게 했다. 특히 네트워크 환경이 가능한 상황에서 언제, 어디서든, 누구나 자료를 열람하고 공유할 수 있다는 클라우드 플랫폼 특징은 교사 및 동료 학생, 학부모 등 다양한 수업 구성원들과의 상호작용을 가능하게 했는데, 이는 적극적 감상과 비평으로 이어졌다. 학생들은 이러한 교류에 매우 흥미를 보였으며, 성찰과 표현 역량 향상에도 유의미한 긍정적 시사점을 주었다. 위 분석을 통해 디지털 포트폴리오 교수·학습 원리가 2015 개정 미술과 교육과정 핵심 역량인 미적 감수성, 시각적 소통능력, 창의·융합 능력, 미술문화이해 능력, 자기 주도적 미술 학습 능력에 맞닿아 있는 점이 많다는 것을 발견했다. 또한 학습관리시스템(LMS)으로의 활용 가능성을 모색했다는 점에서 본 연구는 미래미술 교육 방향성을 제시한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the teaching and learning characteristics of the digital portfolio, focusing on domestic and foreign research on the digital portfolio, and to examine what implications the use of the digital portfolio has for the domestic art education community. As a result of the analysis, it was characterized by the ease and accessibility of effectively managing learning materials anytime, anywhere, and the permanence of data storage. This had a very positive effect on learners motivation for learning and maintaining concentration, and enabled learners to self-directed learning. In particular, the cloud platform feature, which allows anyone to view and share data anytime, anywhere, enabled interaction with various class members such as teachers, fellow students, and parents, which led to active appreciation and criticism. Students were very interested in these exchanges, and it gave significant positive implications for improving reflection and expression capabilities. Through the above analysis, it was found that the digital portfolio teaching and learning principles are in contact with the core competencies of the 2015 revised art curriculum, aesthetic sensitivity, visual communication, creative convergence, art culture understanding, and self-directed art learning. In addition, this study suggests the direction of future art education in that it sought the possibility of use as an LMS.
