국문 초록

이 연구는 청소년의 인성역량 개발을 위하여 내러티브를 활용한 인성교육 프로그램을 설계하고 바람직한 운영 방향 탐색을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 연구의 이론적 기초로서 미래사회의 변화와 인재상, 인문교양 수업과 연계한 인성교육에서 내러티브 활용의 필요성을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탐구된 이론적 기초를 토대로 청소년 인성역량 강화를 위하여 고전과 내터티브를 활용한 인성교육 방안을 제시하였다. 둘째, 인문교양 수업에서 고전문헌에 내재된 인물과 연계하여 내러티브를 활용한 인성교육 교수·학습 과정안을 설계·개발·예시하였다. 결론적으로 학교현장에서 ‘내러티브를 활용한 인문교양 수업’은 (비)교과연계 인성교육 프로그램에서 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 학교교육에서 인성역량 개발을 위한 후속 연구의 주제는 각 세부 교과목과 연계된 내러티브 기반 인성교육 프로그램의 개발과 실천, 청소년 인성역량의 효과와 측정을 위한 평가 연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purposes of the study were to design a character education program using narratives for the development of character competency of youths and to explore the desirable direction of character education. For th purpose, as the theoretical basis of the study, the change and image of talent of future society, and the necessity of using narrative in character education in connection with the liberal arts classes were considered. The study results are as follows. Firstly, based on the theoretical basis, a character education plan using classics and narratives was presented to strengthen the personality competency of youth. Secondly, we designed, developed, and exemplified the teaching and learning process plan for character education using narratives in connection with characters appearing in classical literature. In conclusion, it is judged that the ‘humanities liberal arts class using narrative’ in the school can be used in (non) subject-related character education programs. As the subject of follow-up research for developing character competency in school education, development and practice of a narrative-based character education program linked to each specific subject, and evaluation research for the effect and measurement of youth character competency were proposed.
