국문 초록

본 연구는 현 코로나19로 인한 사회적 거리두기 상황에서 미술치료사들의 심리적 유연성이 디지털 활용태도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 미술치료사 총 238명을 대상으로 2021년 3월 8일부터 3월 15일까지 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 미술치료사의 심리적 유연성은 디지털기술 활용태도 전체와 하위영역인 불안감, 유용성에서 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 미술치료사의 심리적 유연성이 높으면 디지털기술 활용태도 전체와 하위영역인 선호도와 유용성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of art therapists’ psychological flexibility on their attitudes toward digital utilization under COVID-19 included social distancing. An online survey was conducted from March 8 to March 15, 2021, with a total of 238 art therapists participating. First, it was found that the group with high psychological flexibility had a more positive attitude overall about the usefulness of art therapists’ digital technology utilization for art therapists than the group with low psychological flexibility. Second, it was found that the group with high psychological flexibility had a more positive attitude than the group with low psychological flexibility regarding preference and usefulness as a whole and sub-factor of digital technology utilization. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.
