국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 모-아 집단미술치료를 실시하여 유아의 애착과 또래관계능력의 향상을 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 경기도 소재 K시에 거주하고 애착과 또래관계에서 힘들어 한다는 어머니의 보고가 있는 5세 유아와 어머니를 한 쌍으로 하는 13팀이었다. 집단미술치료 프로그램은 2019년 6월 29일부터 2019년 8월 6일까지 주 2회씩 총 12회기 실시되었다. 연구도구는 애착안정성 검사(AQSⅢ), 또래관계 검사(PIPPS)와 새둥지화 검사(BND)로 구성되었고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 맨 휘트니 유(Mann-Whitney U)검정을 실시하여 실험집단과 통제집단의 동질성을 확보하였고 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정(Wilcoxon signed-rank test)으로 효과성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 유의 수준 α=.05에서 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 어머니가 안전기지의 역할을 수행하며 유아의 애착반응에 긍정적 변화가 있었으며 유아의 부정적 또래관계 행동이 감소된 내용이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나므로 또래관계에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의 하였다.

영문 초록

모-아 집단미술치료, 유아, 애착, 또래관계The purpose of this study was to verify the improvement of children s attachment and peer relationship skills by conducting mother-child group art therapy. The subjects in this study were 13 teams of five-year-old infants and their mothers who living in K City in Gyeonggi-do. The mothers reported that their children had difficulties with attachment and peer relationships. From June 29, 2019, to August 6, 2019, the Mo-A group art therapy program was conducted twice a weekly for a total of 12 sessions. The research tools consisted of Attachment Q-set(Version 3, AQSⅢ), the Penn Interactive Peer Play Scale, and the Bird s Nest Drawing Assessment, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0. The Mann-Whitney U test was performed to ensure the homogeneity of the experimental and control groups, and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to verify the effectiveness. This study was statistically significant at α=.05 significance level. As the mother played the role of a safety base, ta positive change could be observed in the infants’ attachment response, and the decrease in the infant s negative peer relationship behavior showed a statistically significant difference, confirming ta positive effect on the peer relationship. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.
