집단미술치료가 인터넷 과의존 중학생의 인터넷 중독 수준과 심리적인 변화 및 문제해결력에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 집단미술치료가 인터넷 과의존 중학생의 인터넷 중독 수준과 심리적인 변화 및 문제해결력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 2019년 1, 2학기에 걸쳐 경기 지역 A, B 중학교 1, 2학년 총 50명을 대상으로 하였고, 연구자는 실험집단의 학교를 매주 1~2회 방문하여 회기 당 90분씩 총 11회기 집단미술치료를 직접 진행하였다. 연구자는 실험집단과 통제집단에 사전, 사후 검사로 한국형 인터넷 중독 검사(K-척도), 심리변화진단 검사 및 PPAT 그림 검사를 시행하였고, 두 집단 간 사전, 사후 점수 차이 변화를 알아보기 위하여 SPSS 19.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 집단미술치료 실시 후 실험집단에서 인터넷 중독 점수가 감소하였고, 통제집단에서 점수가 향상되어 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 둘째, 집단미술치료 실시 후 실험집단에서 심리변화진단검사 점수가 향상되었고, 통제집단에서는 점수가 감소하여 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 집단미술치료 실시 후 실험집단에서 PPAT 그림 검사 형식척도의 문제해결력 점수가 향상되었고, 통제집단에서는 문제해결력, 발달단계 점수가 감소하여 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to determine how group art therapy affects the level of Internet addiction, psychological changes, and problem-solving ability of middle school students who rely on the internet. The subjects were 50 first- and second- graders from middle schools A and B in Gyeonggi, and the researcher visited these schools once or twice a week and conducted a total of 11 group art therapy sessions. The researcher conducted a Korean internet addiction test (K-scale), a psychological change diagnosis test, and a Person Picking an Apple from a Tree(PPAT) drawing test as pre- and post-test. Data were analyzed it using the SPSS 19.0 program. As a result of the study, the internet addiction score decreased in the experimental group, and the score improved in the control group, which was statistically significant. Second, the psychological change diagnostic test score was improved in the experimental group, and the score decreased in the control group, which was statistically significant. Third, in the experimental group, the problem-solving ability score of the PPAT drawing test format scale was improved, and in the control group, the problem-solving ability and developmental stage score decreased, which was statistically significant. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.
