국문 초록

본 연구에서는 교육과정의 이론적 배경이 되는 ‘블룸 교육목표분류학의 개정’, ‘백워드 교육과정 설계 방식’을 살펴보고, 2015 개정 교육과정의 내용 요소, 기능, 성취기준에 대한 함의점을 찾았다. 이어 역량 중심 교육에 중점을 둔 미국, 싱가포 르, 캐나다 온타리오주, 호주의 미술과 교육과정에서, 내용 요소와 기능을 어떻게 제시했으며, 성취기준은 이와 어떻게 연계 되어 있는지를 비교하여 다음과 같은 시사점을 얻었다. 첫째, 내용 요소는 교과 중심으로 유목화되어 교과의 내용을 체계적 이고 구체적으로 제시해야 한다. 둘째, 기능은 영역별 역량으로서, 내용 체계에서 영역 다음으로 상위에 제시하는 것이 자연 스럽다. 셋째, 성취기준은 학년별로 심화되는 구체적인 내용 요소와 기능을 포함하기 위해 상세 내용, 활동의 예, 질문과 함께 제시할 수 있다. 본 연구는 2015 개정 미술과 교육과정의 이해와 역량 함양을 위한 개선방향 제안에 도움이 될 수있다.

영문 초록

We examined ‘A Revision of Bloom s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives’, and Backward Design , which are the theoretical backgrounds of the curriculum, and found implications for the content elements, skills, and achievement standards of the 2015 revised curriculum. After comparing how content elements and skills were presented and how achievement standards were linked to both in the art curriculum in the United States, Singapore, Ontario in Canada, and Australia, which focused on competency-based education, we obtained the following implications. First, the content element should be categorized around the art subject so that it can present contents of the art subject systematically and specifically. Second, since skills are competencies for each area, it is logical to present them at the top after the area in the content framework. Third, achievement standards can be presented along with details, examples of activities and questions to include specific content elements and skills that are exemplified by grade. We suggest ways to improve the structure of 2015 revised art curriculum.
