호스피탈리티 산업의 보안통제요소 도출 연구

국문 초록

세계적인 코로나19 상황 속에서 국내를 포함한 해외의 관광산업에 큰 영향을 끼쳤다. 호스피탈리티 산업은 고객을 대면하고 서비스를 제공하기 때문에 현재와 같은 감염병은 치명적인 역할을 한다. 따라서 호스피탈리티 산업은 휴식과 관광을 즐기러 온 여행객들에게 서비스를 제공함과 동시에 시설을 편하게 이용할 수 있도록 안전에 유의해야 한다. 이 연구에서는 호스피탈리티 산업에서 보안통제 핵심요소의 도출을 위해 전문가 패널을 선정하여 객관적인 보안통제요소의 도출을 위한 델파이 기법(Delphi Method)을 이용하여 진행하였다. 호스피탈리티 산업 보안통제요소는 크게 관리적요소, 시스템요소, 서비스안전요소 아래, 10개의 중분류, 32개의 소분류로 구성되는 값이 도출되었다. 분석 결과에서 3개의 대분류 항목에서 전반적으로 높은 내용타당도(CVR)를 보였으며 이는 일반적인 상황에서의 보안통제 요소를 구하는 것과는 다르게 호스피탈리티 산업은 대면서비스를 지향하기 때문에 서비스안전 요소를 위한 높은 인적자원의 요구도가 나타났다.

영문 초록

COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the tourism industry in Korea and around the world. The infectious disease is fatal to the hospitality industry, as it faces customers and provides services to them. Therefore, the hospitality industry should provide services to travelers who come to relax and enjoy sightseeing and pay attention to the safety of their customers so that they can use the facilities comfortably. This study used the Delphi method by selecting a panel of experts to derive vital security control elements in the hospitality industry. According to the findings, the hospitality Industry Security Control Element consisted of 10 medium and 32 small categories under the management, system, and service safety elements. The three large categories had overall high CVR, which resulted in different results from identifing security control elements in typical circumstances. In particular, the demand for human resources for service safety factors was high, which is believed to reflect the Hospitality industry s face-to-face service-oriented characteristics.
