국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 신규임용 보건진료 전담공무원의 직무교육과정에 따른 성취동기, 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써 보건진료 전담공무원 직무교육의 효과성을 측정하고자 한 것이다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 G 권역 기관에서 직무교육을 받은 신규임용 보건진료 전담공무원 36명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 총 26주간의 교육과정 중 전문이론교육 실시 전, 온라인을 통한 전문이론교육 3주 실시 후, 전문이론교육 중 1주간의 교내실습 시행 후, 6주간의 보건진료소에서의 현장실습과정 후, 10주간의 보건소와 의료원에서의 임상실습과정 후에 자료수집을 하였다. 자료는 반복측정 분산분석을 하였다. 연구결과: 개인지향 성취동기는 측정 시기별로 차이는 없었고, 사회지향 성취동기는 현지실습과정 후 높아졌다. 학업적 자기효능감은 전문이론교육 중 교내실습을 한 후, 현지실습과정 후, 임상실습과정 후 높아졌고 자기조절 효능감은 전문이론교육에 비해 현지실습과정과 임상실습과정 후에 높아졌다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구는 신규임용 보건진료 전담공무원의 직무교육 교육과정별 성취동기와 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 교육 요구와 문제를 도출했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 성취동기는 교육생들이 근무하게 될 보건진료소 현지 실습 후에 높아지는 것으로 나타났으나 임상실습과정에서는 유의미한 차이가 없었으므로 임상실습과정에 대한 면밀한 분석과 개선이 필요하다. 또한, 전문이론교육은 교육생들의 직무와 직접 관련된 것으로 구성하여 교육생들이 내용의 중요도와 활용도를 쉽게 인지함으로써 자기효능감을 높이도록 해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to evaluate effects on achievement motivation and self-efficacy according to the job training process of newly-appointed community health practitioners which would confirm the effectiveness of education for community health practitioners. Method: A total of 36 newly-appointed community health practitioners who received job training at an institution in the G area participated in the study. Data were collected after 4 weeks of professional theory curriculum(on real-time theoretical education and in-school practice), 6 weeks of field training at a community health posts, and 10 weeks of clinical practice at public health centers and medical centers. The data were analyzed by using ANOVA with repeated measures. Results: Individual-oriented achievement motivation did not differ by measurement time, and socially-oriented achievement motivation increased after on-the-job training. Academic self-efficacy was significantly increased after in-school practice during the professional theory, field practice curriculum, and clinical practice curriculum. Conclusion: The current study is meaningful in that it derives educational needs and problems by analyzing the effects of job training for newly-appointed health care officials on achievement motivation and self-efficacy by systematic curriculum. Achievement motivation was found to increase after on-the-job training at the community health posts where trainees will work, but there was no significant difference in the clinical practice process. Therefore, professional theory education is composed of those directly related to the job of trainees so that trainees can easily recognize the importance and utilization of the content, thereby enhancing their self-efficacy.
