초등 예비교사의 디지털 리터러시 잠재프로파일 유형에 따른 온라인 학습 만족도 분석

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 초등 예비교사를 대상으로 디지털 리터러시의 하위요인인 디지털 리터러시 기술, 지식 및 태도에 따라 차별적인 잠재프로파일이 존재하는지를 확인하고, 확인된 디지털 리터러시 프로파일 유형에 따라 온라인 수업 만족도에 차이가 있는지를 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: B광역시 B교육대학교 재학생을 대상으로 2020년에 설문조사를 실시한 결과 최종적으로 응답한 555명을 연구대상으로 잠재프로파일 분석(Latent Profile Analysis)과 일원분산분석(One-way ANOVA)를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 최종적으로 5개의 잠재프로파일이 도출되었으며, 프로파일의 유형은 디지털 리터러시 지식 열위(31%), 디지털 리터러시 중위(25%), 디지털 리터러시 우수(19.1%), 디지털 리터러시 태도 우수(14.1%), 디지털 리터러시 하위(10.8%)이다. 도출된 잠재프로파일 유형에 따른 온라인 학습 만족도의 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 디지털 리터러시 우수, 디지털 리터러시 중위, 디지털 리터러시 지식 열위, 디지털 리터러시 태도, 디지털 리터러시 하위의 순으로 온라인 학습 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 디지털 리터러시 잠재프로파일을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이에 따른 온라인 학습 만족도의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 초등 예비교사의 디지털 리터러시와 온라인 학습 만족도를 높이기 위한 교육적 지원 및 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study examines whether a differential profile exists according to digital literacy skill, knowledge, attitude, which are subfactors of digital literacy, for pre-service elementary teacher, and whether there is a difference in e-learning satisfaction according to the identified digital literacy profile types. Method: A survey was conducted in 2020 for students enrolled in B University of Education in B Metropolitan City, and 555 students responded. The collected data were investigated using Latent Profile Analysis and One-way ANOVA. Results: Five latent profiles were identified, and the profile types were: poor digital literacy knowledge (31%), middle digital literacy (25%), excellent digital literacy (19.1%), good digital literacy attitude (14.1%), and low digital literacy (10.8). The difference in e-learning satisfaction according to the latent profile types was found to be statistically significant. It was found that the e-learning satisfaction was high in the order of excellent digital literacy, middle digital literacy, poor digital literacy knowledge, good digital literacy attitude, and low digital literacy. Conclusion: Based on these results, educational support and implications for increasing digital literacy and e-learning satisfaction of pre-service elementary teachers were discussed.
