장애여성의 영역별 관련 연구 동향: 1999~2020년간 국내 학술지를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애여성이 직면하게 될 몇 가지 개인적⋅사회적 문제의 현황을 문헌연구를 통하여 탐색하였고, 장애여성과 관련된 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문 중｢장애인복지법｣으로 개정된 1999년 이후부터 현재 2020년까지 28개 학술지의 총 92편의 논문을 연구주제, 연구대상, 연구 방법적 측면에서 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 1999년~2020년까지 기간을 5년 단위로 묶어 논문 게재 빈도 추이를 살펴보면, 2000년 후반부터 2013년 동안 가장 많은 연구가 관련 학술지에 게재되었음을 알 수 있다. 둘째 연구 주제는 장애여성의 ‘경제와 취업’ 관련 연구가 가장 많았고, 장애여성의 삶의 질과 만족도를 포함한 ‘일상생활과 사회생활’주제 그리고 ‘결혼 및 양육’과 관련된 논문들이 그 뒤를 따랐다. 셋째, 연구대상은 장애인 당사자나 가족을 대상으로 한 연구가 92.4%(73편)로 대부분이었고 넷째, 연구 방법은 가장 많은 논문이 양적 방법을 사용(62.5%)하였으며 마지막으로 연구유형별 분석내용을 보면 직접조사가 58.2%(46편)이고 2차 자료를 활용한 연구들도 41.7%(33편)를 차지하고 있다. 결론적으로 장애 관련법 제⋅개정은 장애여성 관련 학문 분야 발전에 상당히 큰 영향을 미쳤으며 활용 가능한 장애 통계의 다양화는 장애여성 분야 연구 발전에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 장애여성 관련 연구는 앞으로 더욱 연구 대상과 주제의 세분화가 필요하며 특히 이들 가운데, 중증장애인이며, 고령자, 저소득, 이혼 혹은 별거, 미혼 등의 이유로 홀로 사는 독신가구 혹은 가구원 중에 장애인이 다수인 상황에 놓여 있는 고위험 장애여성을 위하여, 정부는 적극적인 제도 개선 노력과 서비스 체계 모형 제시 및 적용과 관련 정책 비전을 제시해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study explores the current status of some personal and social problems that women with disabilities will face through literature research, and among the articles published in domestic academic journals related to women with disabilities, from 1999, when the ｢Welfare Act for Persons with Disabilities｣ was revised. By 2020, a total of 92 articles in 28 journals were analyzed in terms of research topics, research subjects, and research methods to suggest the direction of research needed for women with disabilities in the future in terms of gender cognition. In the results, first, looking at the trend of publication frequency by grouping the period from 1999 to 2020 into five-year units, it can be seen that the largest number of studies were published in the journal from the late 2000s to 2013. Second, by subject, the largest number of studies related to ‘economics and employment’ of women with disabilities were followed by ‘daily life and social life’, including quality and satisfaction of women with disabilities, and articles related to ‘marriage and parenting’. Third, when looking at the results of analysis by research subject, most of the studies targeting disabled persons and their families accounted for 92.4%(73 articles). Fourth, by research method, most of the articles used quantitative methods(60.0%), and lastly, Looking at the analysis by type, direct surveys accounted for 58.2%(46 articles) and studies using secondary data accounted for 41.7%(33 articles).
