국문 초록

정보통신기술과 IoT 등의 발전이 제4차 산업혁명을 이끄는 가운데 다양한 산업에서 빅데이터를 활용하여 관련 산업의 부흥을 주도하고 있다. 스포츠산업에서도 스포츠 관련 분야에서 발생하는 복잡･다양한 데이터를 수집･분석하여 유의미한 데이터로 재가공하여 관련 산업의 진흥을 위하여 활용하고 있다. 고부가가치 및 신성장산업으로 평가받고 있는 스포츠 관련 시장에서 국가 경쟁력과 역량을 강화하기 위해 스포츠 빅데이터에 대한 개념을 정립하고 특성을 이해하여 스포츠 빅데이터를 적극적으로 활용할 때라 할 수 있다. 이에 스포츠 건설업, 스포츠 제조업, 스포츠 서비스업에서 스포츠 빅데이터가 어떻게 활용되고 있는지 알아보고, 데이터의 활용과 보호, 관련 법령의 부재 및 전문인력 부족과 같은 스포츠 빅데이터 활용상의 문제점을 파악하고자 하였다. 스포츠산업에서 스포츠 빅데이터의 활용을 위하여 「스포츠산업진흥법」 에 법적근거를 마련하고, 스포츠 빅데이터 센터의 설립 및 운영 방안에 대하여 논하였다.

영문 초록

The concept and role of sports has expanded, and industries in related fields have diversified. The sports industry paradigm is changing as a result of the fusion and compounding of new technologies and sports that emerged during the Fourth Industrial Revolution. While the need for sports big data in the sports industry has been recognized and its role has been emphasized, an analysis of the issues that are preventing the active use of big data in sports It will be an important essence for activation. The sports construction industry, sports manufacturing industry, and sports service industry are already using sports big data to build smart stadiums and provide customized sports equipment and services to consumers. In order to utilize sports big data, it is necessary to prepare a conceptual arrangement of sports big data and a legal basis for utilizing it from the viewpoint of the sports industry. A sports big data center must be established and operated based on these concepts and legal grounds. By granting the status of a public research institution to the establishment and operation of the Sports Big Data Center, it is possible to respond to threats related to personal information in a pan-governmental manner and to use safe data, and to comply with the Personal Information Protection Law. By applying the exceptions for data collection and analysis specified in the above, it will be possible to generate custom information required by the sports industry by collecting and analyzing more data. The Sports Big Data Center will first provide sports-related data that the country has through the sports big data open system, and provide quality information to various consumers who want to use sports big data such as the public and sports-related businesses. Secondly, comprehensive management and operation of the data market can be activated by operating a big data exchange for sports to form a market for data to be traded between consumers and suppliers. A support system must be built. Finally, by training professionals related to the sports big data specialist training system and supporting systems that can make use of them, sports big data in the sports industry are actively utilized.
