학령전기 자녀를 둔 맞벌이 부모의 부모적응증진 프로그램의 효과 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 맞벌이 부모를 위한 맞춤형 부모적응 증진 프로그램을 개발하고, 이의 효과를 규명하는 것이다. 연구 설계는 비동등성 대조군 전후 시차 설계를 활용한 유사실험연구로, 36개월 ~ 72개월 이하 학령전기 자녀를 둔 맞벌이 부모 중 서울과 경기지역에서 대상자를 편의 표집하였다. 대조군의 연구대상자는 2019년 6월 이후 연구대상자 선정기준에 부합하는 맞벌이 부부 20쌍, 총 40명이 될 때까지 모집하고 3차례 설문조사를 진행하였다. 이후 실험군의 대상자는 2019년 8월부터 선착순 20쌍(40명)의 부모를 모집하여, 맞춤형 부모적응증진 교육을 제공하고 교육 2주후(2차 조사), 4주후(3차 조사) 반복측정 하였다. 연구 분석결과, 맞벌이 부모의 적응증진프로그램 제공여부에 따른 실험군과 대조군 간의 부모양육효능감의 변화양상에 차이가 있었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 맞벌이 부모를 위한 교류분석 이론의 정서적 중재를 강화한 효능증진 프로그램 개발이 필요하다고 본다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a customized parental adaptation promotion program for working parents and to investigate its effects. The study design is nonequivalent control-group pretest-post-test design quasi-experimental research. Among dual-income parents with children betweeen 36 and 72 months old, who met the selection and exclusion criteria in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were sampled for convenience. The study subjects of the control group were recruited from 3 data collection institutions to 20 pairs(40 people) since June 2019, and conducted 3 surveys. After that, the experimental group was recruited from August 2019 to the experimental group. Off-line and online customized parent adaptation promotion education was provided, and repeated measurements were made after 2 weeks (2nd survey) and 4 weeks (3rd survey) after training. As a result of the study analysis, parenting efficacy was analyzed by ANOVA, and parenting efficacy according to the timing of education (F=8.032, p=.001) showed a significant difference in experimental group. The other variables were not statistically significant. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop an enhancement program that strengthens the emotional intervention based on Transactional Analysis Theory in terms of educational content.
