리코더의 발달과정과 교육적 활용방안

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 리코더의 발달과정 연구를 통해 리코더의 예술적 가치를 재조명하고, 교육적 활용방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 문헌 연구를 통해 살펴본 리코더의 발달과정은 다음과같다. 첫째, 리코더는 르네상스 시대에 인기를 끌며 예술 음악이 왕실뿐만 아니라대중들에게 확산하는 데 중요한 역할을 하였다. 둘째, 바로크 시대에 리코더는 다양하게진화되어 보다 밝고 맑은 음색을 가지게 되었다. 새로운 기악 형식(소나타, 협주곡 등)의곡들이 리코더를 위해 작곡되었고, 이것이 기악곡의 발달에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 리코더는음량의 변화 폭이 작고, 소리의 크기에 대한 한계 등의 여러 이유로 급격히 쇠퇴하였다. 고전주의 및 낭만주의 시대에 이르러 오케스트라가 발달하며 대중들의 취향은 화려하게변해갔으나, 이에 부합하지 못한 리코더는 사라지게 되었다. 넷째, 20세기 전후 고음악에관한 관심으로 리코더에 대한 재인식이 이루어지게 되어 리코더는 부활하게 되었다. 20세기후반에는 리코더의 새로운 주법을 활용한 아방가르드 음악들이 작곡되어 새 지평을 열었고, 뛰어난 리코더 연주가들이 부각되었다. 음악사 속에서 나타난 리코더의 다양한 예술적가치를 교육적으로 활용하기 위해 다음과 같이 제안하고자 한다. 첫째, 학생들에게 리코더Consort 형태를 적용하여 깊이 있는 음악적 체험이 가능하도록 한다. 둘째, 리코더의 다양한확장된 기법을 활용하여 학생들의 음악적 창의성이 발달할 수 있도록 안내한다. 셋째, 리코더를 활용한 다양한 수업 형태와 주제 적용을 통해 음악적 감수성 발달 및 문화예술향유능력 발달에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to re-examine the artistic value of the recorder through the research of the development process of the recorder, and to present the educational methods. The development process of the recorder, which was examined through the literature study, is as follows. First, the recorder became popular during the Renaissance and played an important role in the spread of art music to the public as well as the royal family. Second, in the Baroque era, recorder evolved in a variety of ways, giving it a brighter and clearer tone. The songs of the new instrumental form (Sonata, Concerto, etc.) were composed for the recorder, and this affected the development of instrumental music. Third, in the age of classical and romanticism, the recorder rapidly declined due to various reasons, such as the small range of changes in the volume and the limit on the size of sound, and was forgotten by the public and disappeared from history. Fourth, the re-recognition of the recorder took place around the 20th century due to interest in early music, and the recorder was revived. In the second half of the 20th century, contemporary music using the recorder s new technique was composed to open a new stage, and outstanding recorder performers were highlighted. In order to make educational use of the various artistic values of recorder that have emerged in the history of music, I would like to propose as follows: First, apply the recorder Consort form to students so that they can have a deep musical experience. Second, utilizing the various extended techniques of recorder, guide students to develop their musical creativity. Third, through the application of various types of classes and themes using recorder, it is possible to help develop musical sensitivity and ability to enjoy culture and arts.
