국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 관광경영학과 대학생을 위해 개발된 코칭(coaching)을 활용한 진로지도 프로그램의 수강 여부에 따라 자기효능감, 진로준비행동 및 진로성숙도에 어떤 효과가 있는지를 밝히는 것이다. 연구대상은 충남 소재 4년제 대학교에서 진로지도 프로그램에 참가한 대학생 14명과 그렇지 않은 14명, 총28명(남자 7명, 여자 21명)이며, 측정도구는 자기효능감 검사, 진로준비행동 검사 및 진로성숙도 검사이다. 강의와 코칭을 실시한 후 두 집단 간 차이를 분석한 결과, 자기효능감, 진로준비행동 및 진로성숙도 모두에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이것은 코칭을 활용한 대학생 진로지도 프로그램이 대학생의 자신감 회복과 진로발달 촉진의 수단으로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있음을 의미한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the coaching program for college career development which was designed and delivered at the university in Chungcheongnam-do. The difference in the level of self-efficacy, career maturity, career preparation behavior before and after the career coaching program were analysed. The participants of this study were 14 students in majoring tourism management who took career coaching program and 14 students in majoring tourism management who did not take that program. This major findings of this study are as follows. The levels of self-efficacy, career maturity, career preparation behavior were significantly different between the two groups after taking the career coaching program. This consequence means college career coaching program can use by recovering tool self-confidence and by facilitating method career development for college students.
