국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 교육신념 및 근무환경과 영유아권리존중 보육실행 간의 관계를 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상자는 부산지역의 보육교사 306명이며, 수집된 자료는 Pearson의 상관관계분석과 단계적 회귀분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 이에 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육신념 하위 영역 중 행동주의와 근무환경 및 영유아권리존중 보육실행을 제외하고 교육신념, 근무환경, 영유아권리존중 보육실행 전체 및 모든 하위영역에서 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 영향을 예측할 수 있는 변수는 조직 환경과 교사들의 사기, 상호작용주의, 성숙주의로 나타났다. 보육교사의 영유아권리존중 보육실행을 높이기 위해서는 교사의 개인역량 강화도 중요하지만 무엇보다 교사들의 근무환경 , 즉 조직 환경과 교사들의 사기를 북돋을 수 있는 조직문화 형성이 중요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships among daycare teachers’ educational beliefs, working environments and caregiving for the rights of infants and children. The subjects in this study were 306 daycare teachers in the region of Busan. As for research methods, Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were used. The findings of the study were as follows: First, there were significant correlations among the overall educational beliefs of the daycare teachers, their overall working environments and overall caregiving for the rights of infants and children and among most subfactors. Second, the variables that were predicted to affect caregiving for the rights of infants and children were organizational environments, the morale of the teachers, interactionism and maturism. To further the caregiving of daycare teachers for the rights of infants and children, it’s important to enhance their personal competencies. What matters above all is to improve their working environments, namely organizational environments, and to create the kind of organizational culture that could boost their morale.
