재난정신건강에 대한 국내 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 재난정신건강의 연구동향을 분석하고 재난정신건강 연구에 대한 과제와 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 한국교육학술정보원, 국회전자도서관, 뉴논문 등을 활용하여 주제어 검색을 통해 국내 재난정신건강 관련 논문 132편을 분석하였다. 분석준거로는 출판년도, 연구자, 재난유형, 자료형태, 연구대상, 연구방법 및 통계분석을 설정하였다. 재난정신건강 관련 연구는 1995년에 시작되어 2004년부터 2012년까지 매년 10편 이상씩 증가추세를 보이다가 2013년부터는 크게 감소하였다. 심리학, 의학, 사회복지학, 간호학, 행정학 등의 전공영역에서 연구가 이루어져 왔으며, 비전염성 사회재난은 대구지하철 화재, 허베이 스피리티호 기름 유출, 삼풍백화점 붕괴 순으로, 전염성 사회재난은 구제역, 자연재난은 수해에 대한 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌다. 학술지 논문이 대부분을 차지하였으며, 연구대상은 재난당사자, 피해가족, 공무원 순으로 연구가 이루어졌다. 전체 연구의 46.2%가 양적연구였으며, 질적연구는 17.4%를 차지하였다. 또한 재난유형을 연구자 전공영역별, 연구대상별, 자료형태별, 연구방법별, 통계분석별로 살펴보았으며, 이러한 분석결과들에 근거하여 시사점 및 향후 재난정신건강 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper was to analyze research trends on disaster mental health in Korea and to suggest the agenda and directions for future research. A total of 132 studies were reviewed and classified according to analytical criteria such as publishing year, researcher fields, etc. The year of first published article on disaster mental health was 1995. The number of the articles was highly growing from 2004 to 2012, but largely reduced since 2013. Most studies were conducted by university scholars and their academic fields are mainly from psychology related areas. The noninfectious social disasters ranks the top in the types of disaster (51.5%). The main forms of materials was the academic journal article (90.2%). The frequently studied participants were disaster victims (65.8%). Quantitative studies predominated over qualitative studies and mixed methods. Quantitative studies includes variance, non-parametric, and regression (70%), while qualitative studies includes case study, ground theory etc. The significance and implications based on the results were discussed.
