국문 초록

본 연구는 외상 후 스트레스 장애(PTSD)에 대한 미국의 연구동향을 분석하여 향후 국내 PTSD 연구에 기초자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 키워드 네트워크 분석방법을 통해 2012년부터 2016년까지 5년 동안 미국 APA 산하의 Psychological Trauma: Theory, Research, Practice, and Policy와 Psychological Services’에 게재된 307편의 논문을 분석하였다. 먼저, 평정영역에 따라 발행된 논문들의 특성들에 대하여 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 이에 대한 결과 및 차이점들을 제시하였다. 둘째, 연결정도 중심성 분석을 실시한 결과 treatment outcome(치료성과), combat(전투), alcohol(알코올) 순으로 높은 연결정도중심성을 보였다. 셋째, 네트워크 커뮤니티 분석 실시결과 외상 및 대처 행동에 관한 군집군과 PTSD 증상에 대한 치료개입 및 성과에 관한 군집 군으로 분류할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 논의 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to present basic guidance for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) research in Korea by analyzing U.S. research trends in the field of PTSD. A total of 307 peer-reviewed articles, published in the journal Psychological Trauma: Theory, Research, Practice, and Policy and Psychological Services between 2012 to 2016 were analyzed through keyword network analysis. The characteristics of the published papers were analyzed according to the rating area, with results and differences presented. The results of the connection degree centrality analysis showed high connection degree centrality, in the following order, from highest to lowest: treatment outcome, combat, and alcohol. The results of the network community analysis were classified into a cluster group related to trauma and coping behavior and a cluster group related to intervention and change in PTSD symptoms. Recommendations were made based on these results.
