국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 K-MOOC 수업 이수자와 미이수자의 이러닝 준비도와 이러닝 학습전략에 차이가 있는지, 이수자와 미이수자를 구분하는 핵심적인 학습전략 요인은 무엇인지를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 K-MOOC 수강생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자발적으로 응답한 총 181명의 데이터 중 이수자 109명과 미이수자 65명, 총 174명의 자료가 분석자료로 활용되었으며, 이를 위해 t검증과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 이수자와 미이수자의 이러닝 준비도는 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 이러닝 학습전략은 전반적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 이수자와 미이수자를 구분하는 핵심적인 이러닝 학습전략 요인은 표현전략과 시간관리 전략으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이수자와 미이수자로 구별되는 MOOC 학습자의 특성을 경험적으로 규명하고 학습가이드를 제시했다는데 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences of e-learning readiness and learning strategies between K-MOOC graduators and non-graduators and identify the core learning strategy factors differentiating the graduators from the non-graduators. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted for the K-MOOC attendants. Out of the 181 persons who responded to this study voluntarily, 109 persons who graduated from the K-MOOC course and 65 ones who did not were sampled. For this analysis, T-test and Logistics regression analysis were conducted. As a result, it was found that e-learning readiness did not significantly differ between the two groups, while e-Learning strategy differed significantly between them. In addition, it was confirmed that the core e-Learning strategies differentiating the graduators from the non-graduators were expression and time-management strategies. This study may well be significant in that it empirically determined the MOOC graduators’ learning characteristics in comparison with the non-graduators and thereby, suggested a learning guideline for e-Learning.
