국문 초록

이 글은 뮤지엄에서 공동체의 유산 해석과 표출에 관한 국제 원칙을 비교 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 사회적 가치를 인식하고, 공동체적 의미를 공유하고, 학예기술적 중요성을 규명하기 위한 쌍방향 교류 실행 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 이 글을 통해서 뮤지엄 공동체의 정체성 확립과 공동체 유산의 해석과 표출에 관한 방법론의 적용 방안, 쌍방향 교류 세부원칙을 제시함으로써 해석과 표출에 관한 인식을 새롭게 하고자 하였다. 『문화유적지 해석과 표출을 위한 이코모스 헌장』(2008)에 일곱가지 원칙 즉 첫째: 접근과 이해, 둘째: 정보 출처, 셋째: 환경과 맥락에 주의, 넷째: 진정성의 보전, 다섯째: 지속가능성을 위한 계획, 여섯째: 포용성을 위한 배려, 일곱째: 연구와 훈련, 평가의 중요성을 유념해서 이행해야 한다. 뮤지엄 공동체의 정체성 확립과 공동체 유산의 해석과 표출에 대한 기본 원칙은 인권 존중과 문화다양성 포용, 문화다원주의 이해에 기반을 두고 있음을 인식해야 한다. 또한 공동체 유산의 해석과 표출에 대한 기본 원칙은 유산의 지속가능한 보존, 관리, 보호, 활용에 크게 이바지할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This article aimed to compare and analyze the international principles on interpretation and presentation of heritage in the community in the museum, and to present interactive communication implementation measures to recognize social values, share community meaning and identify academic and technological importance based on these principles. Through this article, the author would like to renew the perception of interpretation and presentation by establishing the identity of the community, by and presenting application measures and detailed principles for interpretation and presentation of community heritage. The following 7 principles of the ICOMOS Charter for the Interpretation and Presentation of Cultural Heritage Sites (2008) must be operated with consideration, which consist of Principle 1: Access and Understanding, Principle 2: Information Sources, Principle 3: Attention to Setting and Context, Principle 4: Preservation of Authenticity, Principle 5: Planning for Sustainability, Principle 6: Concern for Inclusiveness, Principle 7: Importance of Research, Training, and Evaluation. The basic principles of establishing the identity of the museum community and interpreting and presentation of the community heritage should be recognized that those are based on respect for human rights, inclusion of cultural diversity and understanding of cultural pluralism. In addition, the basic principles for interpretation and presentation of the community heritage are expected to greatly contribute to the sustainable conservation, management, safeguarding and utilization of the heritage.
