유아의 창의 · 정서 함양을 위한 통합 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아들의 창의 · 정서 함양을 위한 통합프로그램을 개발하고자 실시되었다. 기본적인 창의성 기법을 활용한 창의성과 자신의 감정을 인식하고 조절하며 표현하는 과정을 알고 실천하는 정서적 역량을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발을 위하여 창의성과 정서의 개념과 구성요인들에 대하여 정의한 후 선행 창의성 프로그램과 정서증진프로그램 연구의 분석을 통해 만 5세 유아용 창의 · 정서 통합 프로그램을 개발하였다. 창의적 사고력에서는 유창성, 융통성, 독창성, 상상력을, 창의성격으로는 호기심, 독립심, 모험심, 과제집착력을 개발요인으로 포함한다. 정서요인으로는 자기이해와 타인이해, 감정조절, 자기표현, 타인존중 및 협동의 개발요인으로 구성되어 있다. 유아교육 전문가 1인과 교사경력 10년 이상의 유아교사 3인의 의견을 통해 현장의 적용을 위한 창의 · 정서 통합프로그램의 특징은 다음과 같다. 프로그램의 내용은 10개의 주제로 이루어졌으며 각 주제마다 기본과 심화로 구분되어 총 20차시의 프로그램으로 구성되어 있다. 교수학습의 과정은 각 차시마다 도입, 전개, 마무리 형식으로 30분씩 진행되며 창의적 능력과 정서능력을 통합적으로 신장시키는 프로그램이라는데 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop creativity and emotion confluence program that can enhance the emotional ability to know the process of recognizing, controlling and expressing one s emotions using, and practice the creativity by basic creativity techniques for children. For the development of the program, the concept and sub factors of creativity and emotion were defined and the creativity and emotion confluence program for children aged 5 years, through the analysis of the research on the creativity enhance program and the emotion promotion program. The special point this program for creativity and emotion for the application of the education field are as follows. The content of the program is composed of a total of 20 lessons with 10 themes, each consisting of basic and advanced topics. Creative thinking ability includes fluency, flexibility, originality, imagination factors, and creative personality includes curiosity, independence, adventure, and task commitment. Emotional factors consist of self /other understanding, control of emotional effect, self-expression emotionally, respect for others for cooperation.
