국문 초록

연구의 목적은 ‘중소기업 기술사관 육성 프로그램’ 사업의 성공적인 운영을 위한 방안 개발을 위하여 컨소시엄 구성원으로서 시범 사업에 참여한 공업계 고교 교사, 전문대학 교수, 산업체 담당자를 대상으로 사업 운영 전반에 대한 인식을 파악하는 것이다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중소기업 기술사관 육성 프로그램의 목적에 대하여 조사 대상자들은 중소기업의 현장기술 인력 양성이라고 인식하고 있었으며, 기술사관 졸업생의 주요 업무로는 숙련된 기능ㆍ기술ㆍ공학 융합인재로서의 기계 조작, 제품 설계로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 중소기업 기술사관 육성 프로그램 참여 학생의 주요 선발 기준으로 학생의 인성, 근면성, 소질, 그리고 적성이 중요하며, 본 사업에 학생들의 적극적인 참여를 유도하기 위해 병역 특례 등에 대한 제도 정비와 우수 중소기업체의 선정 방안이 마련되어야 하는 것으로 인식하고 있다. 셋째, 중소기업 기술사관 육성 프로그램을 통해 우수한 인력이 양성되기 위해서는 산업체 현장 중심의 교육과정과 산업체의 요구를 반영할 수 있는 교육과정 운영이 중요하며, 참여 학생들에게 현장에서의 의사소통 능력과 작업자 간 협동 능력 등 현장 중심의 실무 능력 배양이 중요한 것으로 인식하고 있다. 넷째, 중소기업 기술사관 컨소시엄 구성원들은 이 프로그램을 통해 양성될 인력의 질적 제고를 위해서 컨소시엄 구성원간의 신뢰 구축을 위한 공동 노력과 졸업생에 대한 인증 시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다고 인식하였다. 다섯째, 공업계 고교, 전문대학 교원 및 산업체 인사 간의 주요 성공 요인에 대한 중요도와 만족도가 다르게 나타남에 따라 컨소시엄 구성원별 맞춤형 지원 방안이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The study aims at surveying the perceptions of such stakeholders as technical high school teachers, technical college professors and industry individuals, which identifies the critical factors in determining the successful operation of Technology Officer Training Program for Small and Medium Business in which consortium high schools, colleges and industries alike take part and collaborate. The research outcomes are as follows. First, the respondents generally believe that the goal of Technology Officer Training Program is to educate technical professionals working in industry fields, and that the graduates are supposed to work in machinery operations and product designs as interdisciplinary human capital in technique, technology and engineering areas. Second, the selection process for participating students in the Training Program is required to emphasize such criteria as personality, diligence, capacity and aptitude that trainees have, and such policy program as alternatives to serving in military duties are thought to be offered in order for participants to actively apply to and enroll in the program. And the selection measures are in demand for companies with outstanding performance to be recognized. Third, the educational curriculum for the Program ought to be oriented into industry and practice in order of fostering excellent professionals who are expected to solve practical issues and problems facing companies. And working knowledge and experience are necessary relating to communication and collaboration skills among colleagues. Fourth, the systematic, cooperative efforts of improving their skills and quality, building continued reliability in the consortium, the certification system for graduates are emphasized. Lastly, support programs tailored to the differed degree or level of and expectations towards the consortium are to be established and implemented, reflecting the difference of perceptions and satisfactions among technical high school teachers, technical college professors and industry participants
