국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 공업계 고등학교 교사의 갈등관리 유형과 직무만족도를 조사하여 갈등관리 유형에 따른 직무만족도 경향을 분석하는 것이다. 갈등관리 유형과 직무만족도 조사를 위하여 공업계 고등학교 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 49부의 설문지가 분석에 활용되었다. 이 연구를 통하여 공업계 고등학교 교사의 갈등관리 유형별 직무만족도의 몇 가지 경향성을 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 공업계 고등학교 교사의 경우 비독단적인 갈등관리 유형이 많다. 둘째, 공업계 고등학교 교사의 경우 공업계 고등학교의 특수성에 대한 만족도는 높으나 보상체계에 대한 만족도는 낮다. 셋째, 비독단적인 갈등관리 유형의 교사는 인간관계, 담당직무, 행정체제, 지위인정, 공업계 고등학교 특수성 둥에 대한 만족도가 높으나, 독단적인 갈등관리 유형의 교사는 비교적 낮은 만족도를 보인다. 넷째, 비협력적인 특성을 가지는 갈등관리 유형의 교사는 근무환경에 대한 만족도가 높으나 협력적인 특성을 가지는 교사는 근무환경에 대한 만족도가 낮다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to survey the conflict management types and job satisfaction of teachers in a technical high school, to analyze their job satisfaction by conflict type, and thus, to secure the basic materials to improve their job satisfaction. To survey the conflict management types and job satisfaction, the teachers in technical high schools were selected nationwide and the survey questionnaire research was carried out, and 49 questionnaires were used in total for the analysis. Through this study, a few trends of job satisfaction by conflict management type in technical high schools was checked out. First, in case of a teacher in a technical high school, there were many of non -arbitrary conflict management types. Second, the satisfaction on the speciality of a technical high school reached higher level but the satisfaction on the compensation system low. Third, in case of the teachers in non-arbitrary conflict management, their satisfaction on the human relationship, duty in charge, administration system, position acknowledgement, and speciality in a technical high school were high but in case of the teachers in arbitrary conflict management, those said indexes reached lower level. Fourth, in a conflict management type, the non - cooperative teachers reached high level in satisfaction on their work environment, but in case of the cooperative teachers, the satisfaction on their work environment reached low level.
