북한 고급중학교『국어문학』에 수록된 제재 양상 및 특징―김정은 시대의 2013 교육강령 및 교과서를 대상으로―

국문 초록

이 연구는 북한의 2013 교육강령에 따라 출판된 고급중학교 국어 교과서(일명 김정은 시대의 교과서)의 제재 수록 양상을 분석하고 그 특징을 도출하여 북한의 국어교육 현황 및 문식 경향을 탐구한 것이다. 국어 교과 일반의 관점에서 ‘국어문학’ 교과에 한정하여 교육강령과 교과서를 분석한 결과, 󰡔국어문학󰡕 교과서는 제재 중심의 총체적 언어 교수법을 따르고 있었다. 이어 교과서에 수록된 본문 제재에 대해 형태와 내용을 중심으로 분석한 결과, 총 24종의 문종이 수록됐으며, 가사(歌詞), 실화(實話), 기사문이 남한의 것과 차별점이 있음을 확인하였다. 이어 김일성 일가와의 관련성을 중심으로 제재의 내용을 분석한 결과, 전체 제재의 62.71% 이상이 관련성을 지니고 있었다. 교과서의 제재가 해당 사회에서 반드시 읽어야 할 글이자 좋은 글쓰기의 전범으로 기능함을 고려했을 때, 북한 학습자의 문식 생활에 교과서 제재는 강력한 영향력이 있다.

영문 초록

This research aims to examine the current situation of Korean education in North Korea and to understand the aspects of literature in North Korea by examining the current status of language education in North Korea and drawing out characteristics of the textbook published in the high school (known as the Kim Jong-un regime). According to the analysis of education guidelines and textbooks limited to ‘Korean literature’ from the perspective of the general public, the textbook for the researchers overall language teaching method centered on reading materials. According to the analysis of the reading materials, which were included in the ‘Korean Literature’ Textbook, a total of 24 species were found to be contained, and lyrics, true stories, and articles were different from those of South Korea. According to the analysis, 62.71 percent of the total reading materials were found to have been made in person, directly or indirectly by the Kim family, including the creation of the Kim Il Sung family, the quotations from the Kim Il-sung family, and the direct and indirect appearance of the Kim Il-sung family.
