국문 초록

본 연구는 정신분열병 환자의 자기효용성 증진을 위한 정신사회재활치료 프로그램을 개발하고 실시하여 그 효과성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 효과성 검증은 본 프로그램에 참가한 대상자 15명 중 총 결석회수가 3회 이하인 환자 8명을 대상으로 분석하였으며, 프로그램구성은 집단활동 28회기와 콘서트발표로 하였다. 그리고 본 프로그램 효과성을 측정하기 위하여 사용한 측정도구로는 Barbara Mcdermott(1955)가 개발한 ‘자기효용성’척도를 번안하여 사용하였다. 본 프로그램 실시 후, 통계처리 결과에 따르면 본 프로그램 개입 후에 자기효용성이 유의한 차이를 나타내어 프로그램 효과성을 입증 할 수 있었다. 그리고 운영과정에서 나타난 보완점을 제언하고 앞으로 더 많은 포괄적인 정신사회재활치료 프로그램이 개발 될 수 있기를 기대하였다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to develop psycho-social rehabilitation program and to evaluate the effectiveness of that. This study tried to promote program participants self-efficacy level, who have been suffered from schizophrenia. Eight schizophrenics, who have had absented less than four times during the program procedure, were studied with both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Quantitatively, measuring the self-efficacy level of the program participants with the Self-Efficacy scale, which was developed by Barbara McDermott(1995), has had been used. Qualitatively, individual case recordings have had been carefully analyzed. The program was composed of 28 sessions of group activities including one concert presentation. It was observed that there are some statistically significant differences in program participants overall self-efficacy level at the time of program terminated. According to these results, the positive effectiveness of this program would be verified. Especially, this community-based psycho-social rehabilitation program was effective in promoting the schizophrenics social skills.
