국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 국외의 교육디자이너에게 실제로 요구되고 있는 직무와 역량을 분석하여 교육디자이너의 역할을 탐색함으로써 교육디자이너가 교육 현장에서 어떠한 방식으로 전문적 역할을 수행하는지 알아보고자 한다. 교육디자인은 미래사회의 변화에 대처하기 위해 교육의 주체가 새로운 교육체제를 설계하고 실천할 수 있도록 하는 구체적인 방안을 말한다. 교육학 분야에서 양성된 교육혁신 전문 인력은 생애 진로-경력과 교육조직, 교육생태계 그리고 국제교육협력 수준에서 다양한 내용의 교육디자인 역할을 수행할 수 있으며 이러한 역할을 수행하기 위해서는 다양한 전문적 역량이 요구된다. 연구방법: 이러한 교육디자이너의 역할과 역량을 파악하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 키워드 네트워크 분석법을 활용하였다. 국내와 달리 국외의 경우 교육현장에서 교육디자이너라는 이름의 전문가가 실제로 활동하고 있으며 이들은 교육현장에 디자인 개념을 적용하여 창의적인 변화를 이끌어가고 있다. 이들의 역할과 역량을 파악하기 위해 국외의 교육디자이너 직무명세서와 구인광고 글을 광범위하게 수집하였으며 수집된 자료에 빈번하게 나타난 키워드를 파악하여 그 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구결과: 이러한 연구를 통해 빈번하게 다루어지고 있는 교육디자이너의 역할 및 역량뿐만 아니라 주로 짝을 이루어 나타나고 있는 역할과 역량을 바탕으로 교육디자이너의 주요 역량과 역할을 도출하였다. 결론: 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 국외에서 활용되고 있는 교육디자인 개념을 우리나라에 적용하고 교육디자이너의 역할과 역량을 수립하는 데 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the roles and functions of education designers in educational field by analyzing the duties and competencies that are actually required for educational designers. Educational design refers to comprehensive method for new subject of education to design and implement a new education system in order to cope with the change of future society. Research method: In order to examine the role and capacity of the education designers, we used keyword network analysis method. In foreign country, howeer, there is a specialist named education designer at the educational field. They are applying creative design concept to educational field. In order to understand their roles and competencies, we have collected a wide range of job descriptions and job advertisements from foreign educational designers. Results: Through this study, the main competencies and roles of educational designers were derived based on the role and capacity of education designers, which are frequently showed up, as well as the roles and competencies that are mainly expressed in pairs. Conclusion: Based on these results, we would like to provide basic data to apply the concept of educational design which will be being used abroad and to establish the role and capacity of education designers in Korea.
