국문 초록

최근 들어 현대의 물질문명 사회의 문제점(실용중심, 인간소외 등)을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 인문학에 대한 관심이 국내·외로 집중되고 있으며, 실제 인문학을 장려하기 위한 정책적 지 원과 이에 대한 연구들이 급증하고 있는 추세이다. 이와 더불어 물질문명 속에 다양한 매체 들이 등장하면서 시각적 이미지들이 이전 보다 우리의 삶 속에 산재되어 있고, 이를 비판적 으로 바라볼 수 있는 시각문화교육에 대한 요구도 늘고 있다. 특히 청소년들은 입시위주의 지식전달식 교육으로 인하여 살아가는데 필요한 인문학과 시각문화교육에 소흘할 수 밖에 없 는 현실에 놓여있다. 인문학과 시각문화교육은 현재 보이는 것을 넘어 반성적 성찰과, 비판적 사고력, 문제를 해결할 수 있는 창의력 등을 배양할 수 있다는 점에서 공통된 점을 가지고 있지만, 이를 융합한 교육방법에 대한 연구가 부족하다. 이러한 필요에 의해 본 연구는 인문 융합 시각문화교육 프로그램을 구안할 수 있는 방법을 제안해보고자 시작하였으며, 그 방법 으로 ‘미적경험기반’을 제시하고자 한다. 미적경험기반은 다양한 인지적 자극과 정서적으로 감성의 활성화, 성찰 등의 실천적(도덕적)인 자극을 주기에 충분한 요건을 갖추고 있음을 선 행연구를 통해 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 미적경험을 기반으로 한 인문융합 시각문화 교육 프로그램의 이론적 논의와 프로그램을 구안할 때의 유의할 설계원칙, 설계모형, 발문의 방향을 이론적 근거를 토대로 제안하고, 더불어 이에 근거한 프로그램 전체안과 구체적인 학 습지도안을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 인문융합 시각문화교육의 방법으로서 미적경험 기반 교육의 이론적 토대 및 프로그램의 구안 시 요구되는 설계원칙, 설계모형, 발문의 방향을 제공하여 프로그램을 제작 할 때에 실제적인 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

영문 초록

While humanities is getting world-wide attention as a way to solve the problems of the modern material society. At the same time, with the appearance of various media in material civilization, visual images are becoming more prevalent in our life and so is the demand for education about visual culture to view these images with criticism. Especially, youths do not get enough education on humanities due to the current educational circumstances focused on college entrance and do not have understanding about visual culture but there is no sufficient education on this. So this study intended to suggest a way to make an integrated educational program of humanities and visual culture based on theoretical ground. This study suggests the basis of aesthetic experience for an integrated education program of humanities and visual culture. It is because the basis of aesthetic experience has enough potential to provide practical(moral) stimulus such as various cognitive stimulus, emotional activation, and introspection. This study suggested the principle of design when making an integrated education program of humanities and visual culture, design model, and the direction for inquiry on theoretical ground and developed the whole program and more detailed teaching plans. It is expected that this study will provide theoretical ground for the education based on aesthetic experience as a way of the integrated education program of humanities and visual culture, principle of design, design model, and the direction for inquiry and offer a practical guideline when making a program.
