‘대화’ 중심의 미술교육적 소통 구조 연구

국문 초록

본 논문은 구체적인 미술교육의 장(場)에서 ‘대화’를 중심으로 이루어지는 소통의 구조를 고찰하는데 그 목적이 있다. 소통이란 대화의 기초 위에 이루어진다. 또 대화 라는 것은 ‘말하기’와 ‘듣기’가 대화자 사이에서 함께 이루어질 때 가능하다. 그러므로 어떤 교수-학습의 상황에서 소통의 방향이 일방적이라는 것은 그 자체가 이미 대화 의 본질을 벗어나 있음을 뜻한다. ‘대화(dialogue)’는 그 의미상 토론이라는 용어와도 분명하게 구분된다. ‘토론(discussion)’은 어떤 문제에 대하여 여러 사람이 각각 의견 을 말하며 논의하는 것을 의미하는데 비해， 대화는 서로 마주 대하여 이야기를 주고 받는 것올 뜻한다. 따라서 대화라고 할 때는 적어도 미리 구성한 논리를 전개하는 것 과는 구별하여 사용해야 한다. 예컨대 학습자들이 미리 자신의 논리를 구성할 수 있 도록 충분한 준비 시간을 주지 않은 채 미술작품을 감상하고 토론하는 교수-학습이 란 계획에 불과할 뿐， 현실에서는 거의 불가능하다. 그런 연유에서 작품에 대한 학습 자의 느낌과 생각을 교수자나 다른 학습자들과 나눌 수 있도록 고안된 교수-학습 상 황에서의 언어활동은 토론이라기보다 대화에 더 가깝다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to looking for the communication system for Art Education especially based on the dialogue. In this study the term of dialogue quite different with the word of discussion. It is very important that learners respect of feeling(愛) not to respect of reasoning(識) in teaching & learning situation based on the dialogue. Current theories of art education center on a school, so have not taken educational institutions for adult learner into consideration. However in the view point of lifelong learning, there are many art educational institutions for example museum of art, lifelong education center, culture center and so on. In this study I attempt to surpass conventional point of views that only place an emphasis on school student and to address any possible solutions to lead to more open communication systems for adult learners. This study composed of following. First, this study categorized the communication systems into three types. Previous studies has approached the concept of one-direction and two-directions of communication systems. But in this study by introducing a new concept of multy-interactive communication systems. Second, this study analyze how efficiently these systems are applied to the teaching & learning situation in art education. espeaially deals with the lecture of the culture center. This case study also pay attention to figure out how applied to other educational institutions for adult learner. Further, I hope that this paper makes an opportunity toward exploring diverse aspects of other communicative situations in art education for various type of learners.
