불안정 애착아동의 미술치료과정에서의 신뢰형성에 관한 미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 불안정 애착아동이 미술치료과정에서 치료자와 아동의 관계를 통해 안정된 애착을 재경험 하게 하여 아동의 신뢰감 회복 과정을 탐색하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울시 00소재 초등학교 2학년에 재학 중인 남자 아동이다. 이 아동을 대상으로 24회기의 미술치료를 실시하였고, 어머니와의 개인상담 3회기를 진행하였다. 분석방법은 질적 분석 방법으로 Miles와 Huberman의 매트릭스와 네트워크를 활용하여 불안정 애착을 유발시키는 요인, 불안정 애착아동의 신뢰형성에 영향을 미치는 치료적 요인, 미술치료가 불안정 애착아동의 신뢰형성에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불안정 애착을 유발시키는 요인은 ‘소원한 가족’, ‘내담자 문제’로 나타났다. 불안정 애착아동의 신뢰형성에 영향을 미치는 치료적 요인으로는 ‘치료자 요인’, ‘미술 작업 요인’, ‘작품을 통한 자기 탐색 경험요인’으로 3개의 범주로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 아동의 문제에만 한정되어 아동만 변화하는 것이 아니라 어머니의 변화 그리고 치료자의 변화를 통해 안정애착을 통해 신뢰형성의 기회를 가져서 긍정적 자기표현과 자기 그리고 타인에 대한 수용경험의 증가로 또래관계가 좋아지고 자기 자신을 긍정적으로 바라볼 수 있게 하는 과정을 통해 미술치료가 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The study was purposed to inquire how reliable relationship could be recovered through re-experiencing secure attachment of participated children with building relationships between art therapists and children in the art therapy process. The study objects were second grade male children of elementary schools in Seoul. 24 therapy sessions were performed including 3 times of individual interviews with their mothers. The analytical methods was applied to examine causes of insecure attachment, therapeutical factors affected building the relationship of insecurely attached children, and effects of the therapy for building their relationship through utilizing Miles and Huberman’s matrix and network. Study results were as follows. Causes of insecure attachment were such as ‘distance in a family’ and ‘participants’ problems’. Therapeutic factors affected building reliable relationship of children categorized as ‘factors from therapists’, ‘factors from art works’, and ‘factors from self-exploring by creating art works.’ This study revealed that the art therapy was effective in the improvement of building relationships due to the increase of positive self-expression and experiences of accepting themselves and others, and then participated children could look at themselves positively because of their opportunities to build reliable relationship by secure attachment including the transformation of participated mothers and therapists altogether.
